70 Waiting

"Mi Rong, you might think that my son is spoiled, but to be honest he was very much left alone. Nobody was truly there for him, even me." Lady Ru Yin sighed.

"Only when he grew a little older did his grandparents take him away. Sigh, now he's all cold just like that old man. However, I still know that deep inside of him, he's a good kid. He had come to live with his father when he was much older, but they were never the same."

When she heard Lady Ru Yin speak of her son, it made Mi Rong think of someone. She couldn't help but smile.

Seeing Mi Rong smile made Lady Ru Yin slightly puzzled, "Did I say something wrong?"

"Ahaha, oh no, it's just that, you made me think of someone; someone very alike your son."

"Oh, I used to think my son was the most unique of them all. There's such a person?"

Mi Rong couldn't believe her ears; this aunty was so sure that her son was the most extraordinary, but maybe all mothers think the same way.

Nevertheless, there's never a person that could be an exact copy of you, so everyone's basically unique. However, her face was dead serious, "He he, there is such a person indeed, maybe not the same with your son, but very similar. Always like to keep things to himself."

"Hmm."

"Anyways, look aunty…." Mi Rong leaned closer and whispered, "….whenever the time has come and you have made up your choice to leave, then call me." Mi Rong wrote a number on a piece of tissue that was with her, "Here's my number."

Lady Ru Yin reluctantly accepted the tissue, "Sigh, thank you."

The two had talked some more; although they had just met, they got along like they had known each other for years.

Jun Kai who had been behind the wall had been peeking towards the pair and was wondering when they would finally stop.

Girls surely talk a lot.

"Achuu! Ugh…did someone just talked about me?"

"Aunty, are you alright?"

"Yeah, I think we should both leave. It's getting colder now. My old body cannot really stand it when things get colder." Lady Ru Yin could not help but rub her shoulders.

Seeing the lady's actions, Mi Rong faintly recalled another person, "Haa, just the same as my mother…"

"Huh, did you say something, Mi Rong?"

Mi Rong looked up and reassured, "Oh no, it's nothing. You can leave first, I think I'll just spend some more time alone here."

"Are you sure? I would not want you to catch a cold tomorrow." Lady Ru Yin worryingly asked.

"I'll be fine, don't forget, I'm not that old yet." Mi Rong's eyes had a hint of teasing in them.

Lady Ru Yin couldn't help but roll her eyes, "Oh, what would I know about that. Well, don't stay here for too long. I'll take my leave now."

"Hm, okay aunty. Don't forget our secret, okay?"

As she recalled about what Mi Rong had spoken to her, she sighed, "Well, only in the worse cases."

Mi Rong smiled and reassured, "I'll wait."

Mi Rong did not want to let the husband and wife split from each other, but just to teach a lesson to the aunty's husband that he had completely missed this precious pearl for a bead.

Lady Ru Yin then walked towards the way her husband had exited the hotel. It didn't take long before she reached the exit.

However, outside, there were two bodyguards waiting for her at the door.

They both greeted when they saw her and opened the door for her. When she walked out of the exit, there was a black car waiting.

The car had black windows on all sides, and nobody could see through them. However, she was ever so familiar with this car.

She had been in it for many years.

Inside, would be someone that wouldn't probably want to see her.

Hmph, but you still waited for me, my beloved husband? Although she felt like turning around, her hands still reached out to the car.

Sigh.

In the hotel garden

Mi Rong was left star gazing as she sat alone.

Not long, she heard a few rustling coming from the grass. Footsteps were drawing closer to her.

Mi Rong turned around and she saw a familiar person. At first, she was slightly puzzled as to why he was here?

Was he waiting for her? Aw, how sweet.
