98 Catching a Fox (III)

A proud scholar was now kneeling down in front of his benefactor. Meanwhile, his young daughter stood stubbornly beside her father. This scholar was none other than Teacher Hu and the benefactor was none other than Su Rong.

Su Rong did not look at this teacher Hu but instead had her eyes on the little girl.

Unlike her father who was humbly thanking his benefactor, his daughter was unhappy.

Just then, someone had appeared from behind their house.

"Let's bring this inside, teacher Hu." All three quickly turned their eyes to the source of the voice.

It was a middle aged man who had one of his hands behind his back and was holding onto a young boy's hand.

"You? How did you get in here?" Teacher Hu was completely taken aback.

These two people did not come in through his front door and were in his courtyard.
