1 THE FIRST STEP

Chapter-1

Our MC, Phil was today on his way to join MIT. At 13 years old and was looking for his college life. How is this possible? Well, it was because of his science projects and numerous small inventions that won him the title – "Little genius" in one of those scientific blogs.

So, was Phil a genius like others claim him to be? Maybe. He was also one of those we read generally - Crossovers. He crossed while he was writing his digital diary on bugs he found in coding on his own AI - "Martha" after getting inspired by the Avengers movie.

His favourite character has always been -Tony stark. Tony stark was just like him but more confident, bold, and always surrounded by the hottest women.

Anyway, back to the story, he had was adopted by the Phillips when he was barely 8 years old. Phil had a happy childhood and grew up to be a good programmer. He was hired by Google and then moved very fast in company leadership.

However, he was an introvert and always lived in his dream world more than often. Rather than going for any adventure, he would spend time watching movies or anime on his laptop. He loved comics, manga too and had been a die-hard Marvel fan since the first movie Iron man came on screen.

No, he was not interested in all that hero stuff, he was fascinated by that amazing AI - 'JARVIS'. He himself a coder, a programmer, wanted to create something like this but this is real life. He knew the terabytes of calculation and years of programming won't just magically appear here.

However, he didn't give up and started his own AI project - "Martha". Well, what can we say? The funniest and stupid scene between Superman and Batman in their movie about Martha had made him go bonkers when he watched that in the theatres. Well, what were those writers and directors thinking?

Anyway, he started writing his code and it took him more than 10 years of coding, debugging, and testing to get a decent enough program. It was sort of like Alexa or SIRI that can actually respond to his questions and conversations by choosing suitable answers and lines from the huge amount of information floating in world wide web. It was more of a smarter chatbot at this stage.

He was maintaining his digital diary and writing down all the bugs he had to fix before bringing 'MARTHA' online. But before he could do something, a single short-circuit in his laptop due to overheating created an explosion and took his life. Oh, what a tragedy and what an ending! His last words looking at his laptop - "Et Tu, Brute?". Hahaha.

Funny and sad that the thing that claimed his life was his most loyal friend for the last 10 years. Anyway, the world turned white and when he thought he is going to the afterlife, he opened his eyes and found himself in the arms of a lovely Regina Phillip.

He knew her adopted mother but how can she appear in the afterlife and how the hell he become so tiny that can be lifted by her. And why there is so much noise? He hated the noise and started shouting or crying to be exact and then he heard the most magical words he could possibly think.

"Congratulations Mam, it is a healthy baby, a boy" - Doctor.

"Let me see him, let me see" - Regina.

And then Phil stopped crying. He was stunned!

"Wow. He stopped crying. Looks like he wants to be with his mother than me. Well, here. Go to your mother." - Doctor

"Hmmm. My baby. My first child." - Regina

"Regina, what shall we name him?" - Mark Phillip

"Ryan, let us call him Ryan after his uncle. I never knew my brother. He passed away in childhood. He will be our Ryan. Our smart and pretty Ryan." - Regina

"Well, I will call Howard and let him know we also got out son. That man has been showing off his son Tony like anything. Now, Ryan will grow up and be better than Tony. Our Phillips will never be beaten by Starks! Never!" - Mark

"What? Howard, Tony, and Starks! No this is not possible. Is it?" were the last thoughts before our Ryan suddenly felt sleepy and closed his eyes. This was a long long day for him and he never felt so tired and yet so happy to be with the parents he always wanted and maybe this world is Marvel's world. But he is just too tired to care about it for now!

Anyway, the adventure begins and so does our story as this is the first step our Ryan or Phil takes in his new life with future knowledge.
