17 Sneaky Mission Gone Wrong

"They looked pretty sleepy, so we have the advantage." Molotov whispered. We hid under a table watching humans go back and forth. We waited for a chance to get by, but there were too many. About thirty minutes later, a man shouted, "It's time to go home! Let's move!"

Soon, all the guards left and we were able to look around. Molotov said, "Hey! There's a padlock over here!" Moon and I rushed over to the locked door, and I said, "Could this be where they're keeping Rudy?" Molotov took lock picking tools out of his pocket and said, "Let's find out, shall we?"

An hour later, and Molotov is still trying to open the door. "Would you hurry up!?" I whispered loudly. Moon said, "Good things happen when you're patient, but this is ridiculous." Suddenly, something came up in my mind. Molotov was indeed trying to keep Rudy away from me before all this. This was the perfect time to ask him about it.

I was about to ask, but I heard a click and Molotov whispered, "Got it." He then took the lock off and opened the door. The room lit up a cage with Rudy, and a naked cat inside it. They were both asleep, but the naked one woke up and growled. Molotov said, "Hey hey... it's okay. We're going to set you free this time."

"Who are you? Where am I? Why am I naked? Maybe the other me has something to say bout' this." He sounded like he didn't know what was going on. Molotov said that he and Moon captured him before, but it seems like he didn't know them. Moon said, "Don't you remember? He has a split personality. This is Quindlen. The other him is... Klaus?"

Quindlen nodded aggressively, and said, "Right! It's been a while since I've seen little bro Rudy... and other people." He kept rambling, but the words "little bro Rudy" repeated in my head over and over again. I asked, "Wait, what do you mean "little bro Rudy"!?" Quindlen looked at me strangely and said, "Huh? Are you thick-skulled or something? He's my little brother, what's not to understand?"

I couldn't believe it. They were trying to make Rudy mate with his own brother just to get purebred Diamond Fox kittens. I walked up to the cage and punched it open. Molotov asked me, "Why didn't you do that before?" I didn't know I could do that, so I had to make up an excuse. "I wasn't mad enough", I grumbled. Quindlen snapped his fingers and a pair of shorts appeared on him, and he said, "Alright let's go." I had so many questions, but we didn't have time.

He picked up Rudy, and we ran off. We were able to get back outside without getting caught by wild dogs and jumped up onto a roof. "Geez. That was crazy." Moon said while adjusting his shorts. Molotov was looking somewhere else, and Quindlen said, "Hey hey Jet. You're Rudy's mate, yes?" "How could you tell?"

Quindlen said, "Well... one you keep looking at him with a worried expression, and you smell like him." I couldn't believe that he could find that out with just two clues. "Anyway... if you fucking hurt him in any way at all I will find you and beat you then fuck you." He said this with a demonic voice and a somewhat scary expression. I tried to hide my fear, but I ended up trembling.

Molotov and Moon looked surprised as well, then he smiled and said, "Good." He wrote a message saying "We're safe", then he said, "See you losers hopefully never." Then he passed out. I wanted to bite his ears off, but soon, he woke up and he seemed different. He looked at the message carved onto one of the shingles and sighed. He looked at us and said, "What a coincidence. We meet again."

He was a lot calmer than Quindlen, and he had a look in his eyes that said, "This world sucks." Molotov said, "Well it's not our fault. I think I said that about a hundred times already." The cat sighed and said, "Well I guess you should know my name by now. Anyway, thank you for helping us. I appreciate it."

Suddenly, his eye color changed. They turned from blue to red and he said, "There's danger nearby." He picked up Rudy and ran away. Moon ran after him, and Molotov said, "We better go. If he says that there's danger, then there's definitely danger." I ran after them, but Molotov stayed behind. Suddenly, a rope pulled him down and someone shouted, "We got Molotov back! Now let's hurry!"

I wanted to go after them to save him, so I stopped running, but it was a bad idea. Two ropes grabbed my legs and dragged me off of the roof. Before I could do anything, a guy put a tranquilizer in my arm, and I slowly lost consciousness.
