Snowy didn’t have a driving license, so she didn't understand how the penalty system worked; she just knew that Jin Er couldn't drive for a while.

"Oh." Snowy knew what speeding was, and she expostulated with him, "Uncle Jin, speeding is very dangerous. Even if you didn’t hit humans, what if you crash with other things..."

"No, I drove fast for a reason, unlike those stupid young people speeding just for fun." Jin Er justified himself, "I was saving a life."
