Personal account of an unstable person

There have always been fantasy worlds, dark worlds, worlds just like our own, and slightly altered worlds. It's our choice if these are fiction or true locations. Where this girl resides is a fictional world where everything is nearly similar to the reality we're used to. To those in a different world, their world is normal and ours is altered. To what important extent is this persons knowledge that our reality would drastically differ from hers? That if in another world a terrifying syndrome is only a work of fiction. To the most clueless worlds, with both young and old who can not understand everything about human emotions, no one can. ~
