Handicapped

Fear struck Nil's heart like a hammer. If he gets caught,he would be killed. But what could he do? he could just run, but he would get caught. It was a good thing he wore black.

He hid himself deep in the shadows and looked down. A second later, Puman came out with a scary looking man. They went past Nil and out the door.

Nil built up the courage to stand up and go into the other room. In the room, there was a huge desk right in the middle.Nil started a search. He looked in cabinets,in drawers,in cupboards and even in wardrobes, but couldn't find the item he was looking for. Just then, Puman and his scary looking friend opened the door and stepped in.

"Where's the map?"Nil asked.

"First worry about your life,boy."said the scary looking man (who Nil later found out that his name was scarra and he was his family's enemy and their killer too)

"You really shouldn't have left home boy, but you did now I'm forced to do this to you. Sorry boy."

Upon all the hesitation from the little orphan boy, Puman was still able to tie Nil up against the chair.

"We're off to find the treasure."scarra said "don't even try to stop us. You are handicapped."

Puman and Scarra went out and locked the door behind them. Nil heard them walk down the stairs. He tried and tried to free himself, but to no avail. He was just about to lose hope when he heard the tender voice of Lucia. "Father!!'' she shouted.

It turned out that Nil's kidnappers were not so smart after all. They didn't even think of covering his mouth.

Nil shouted at the top of his voice "Lucia, help!!!!". Lucia was not expecting to hear Nil's voice. She thought she was imagining it, until she heard it again." Lucia, I'm up here!!"
