"Relax?" She scoffed.

"He will definitely agree to my request just watch." She told him confidently.

Angel almost laughed out loud. He knocked on Noah's office door and faced her trying to not mock her right of the bat.

"But, you did it last week when the daughter of one of our investors came for a visit. She had a similar itinerary as Justine didn't she? You postponed all your work to today to make up for the meetings you lost. Which means after today's meeting you have to go attend your own work." He reminded her.

Noah walked up to the door and opened it for them.

"Morning bro!"

"Good morning." Briana greeted him cheerfully. Angel arched an eyebrow at her. Just a second ago her face was as dark as coal and now it looked like she was the sun shining and blinding everyone.

"Morning, is everything ready?" Noah asked sitting back down.

"Yup! We just need a few more people to fill up the meeting room and then I'll escort Justine inside." She said.

Angel smirked.

"No need. That's my job, you need to welcome the team she brought with her." Noah declined.

"What about me?" Angel asked. "You stay here," Noah responded and glanced at Briana.

"Oh right do you need something else?" He asked her.

"Haha, no that's all." She forced a laugh out of her mouth remembering that Noah is always super professional with everyone at work no matter who they are. Even his own parents!

She exited the office and she gritted her teeth. This Justine was really getting on her nerves.

"Hell, do you mind telling me where the waiting room is?" Natalie asked her as soon as she saw her.

"That door on the left," Briana replied politely and took the elevator down.

Natalie's kind, polite and very gentle facade fell as soon as she was gone and she returned to her usual indifferent self.

She knocked on the waiting room door and Thea opened the door for her. She had just finished explaining the history of the building and other unimportant facts to Adriana because just like Briana asked she had to 'entertain' her.

That's why Adriana texted Natalie to come and interrupt it. She was not just getting bored but she thought this would be the perfect way to avoid being alone with Noah.

After Thea left and closed the door Natalie bowed her head and greeted Adriana respectfully.

"You are finally here. I'm glad, can you show me the file for today again? I just want to go through them for a bit." Natalie nodded and handed her the files she had brought with her already expecting her request.

"Ms. Price, our CEO is ready to escort you," Thea informed them.

Adriana nodded and stood up. "Let's go." She gave Natalie a wink.

Natalie smiled. "We got this."

"Of course we do. Today's is an important meeting remember that Nat. Be careful with your words an no matter what happens always keep your cool." Adriana warned her.

"I will try not to get irritated at that clown's face Ma'am." Natalie nodded.

"Pfft." Adriana opened the door and she saw Angel next to Noah.

That was quite the relief….

"Good morning, Ms.Price." Angel greeted her.

"Morning."

Adriana waited for Noah to start walking in the direction of the meeting room. They both walked down a few halls until they reached the meeting room. It was bigger then what Adriana imagined.

Actually, she had not been in such a big meeting room before. It made her a bit nervous knowing she would hold a presentation in front of so many people but she had to calm down.

"When you exit the building for lunch, please do so through the underground parking lot. There will surely be a lot of reporters waiting to interview you." Angel told Adriana.

"I will keep that in mind thank you." She looked away from him and stared at the person in front of hers.

Her lips curled upwards into a cunning smile.

The face she had dreamed of punching for so long. The person she is so excited to kill has appeared before her.

"^_^*" She smiled.

"You must be Justine, nice to meet you!" Despite her detest, Briana had to be polite and she even acted like she didn't recognize her.

"Yes Ummm, Natalie start organizing everything with the team." Adriana turned to Natalie and nodded.

Completely ignoring Briana's greeting.

"Excuse me." Natalie passed right by Briana and went inside with a team of 6 people.

Adriana looked at her extended hand and she gently put it down, rejecting it with a smile. "I'm sorry, Nice to meet you Ms.Brooklyn. Unfamiliar people make me...uncomfortable." She walked inside the meeting room leaving her in complete humiliation.

"I have never seen boss act so cold and yet polite with someone. Did you see the smile she gave her?"

"I'm scared now. Do you think she's in a bad mood or something?"

"It's not that she doesn't like interacting with people unfamiliar to her, please don't misunderstand it's just that...ahem* Ms.Brookly has requested to meet with our boss for so long that she has become annoyed," Natalie explained to her.

After making sure everyone was located in their spots and ready to answer all the necessary questions she came back outside to ask Briana where her seat is.

"Cough* cough*" angel walked inside the meeting room holding back his laughter.

"She doesn't like me very much huh?" Briana laughed.

The embarrassment was written all over her face for everyone to read.

"Try to not offend too many people. This is the 5th time already." Noah warned her and entered the meeting room as well.

That made her heart sting. It hurt her how blunt and harsh he is with her.

He meant what he said. No matter what happened in the past Justine is not someone they should mess with. She has way too many connections and has climbed to the top in such a short time. Her abilities are not to be underestimated either, so when he warned Briana like that he expects her to listen to him.

Even if she is his friend he can't protect her from everything.

"Got it! Ms.Natalie your seat is next to mine come with me." Briana led her inside.

Wow, Adriana wanted to applaud her. She suppressed her emotions so easily. She was curious as to why this woman did not enter the entertainment industry. She would be a damn movie queen if by now!!!

Well, it's fine. What she says and does today it's just childish of her. Today she would just put Briana in her place according to their career and their connections difference.

Of course, there is a reason. She wouldn't waste her energy humiliating Briana if it didn't hold an import key in her plan.

"My seat…?" Briana turned to Angel in confusion.

"Oh, since you will be under Ms.Price's wing for a while I thought it would be best for you to sit next to her. That way you can LEARN more FROM her." He responded.

"What do you mean…."

"You applied to be her disciple didn't you?" Angel asked.

What the heck did she do? Briana reluctantly sat down still keeping her composure. She had now remembered an important factor that she had forgotten.

Justine is someone she has aspired to be like for so long and as soon as it was said that Justine would start taking someone under her wings and teach them she wanted it. She did her best and finally was accepted. She had forgotten!

She really had forgotten!

'Watch carefully….who is above you? Did you really think you could step all over me again Ms.Booklyn?' Adriana was pleased.

Did this woman really think she would be the same after seven years? Does she not know that people change?

Now that she has Briana 'under her wings' there would surely be more humiliation to come towards Briana's way...

She would make her pay back everything little by little.
