Sky's POV
As soon as I parked my car in the school Chris got out of the car not before mumbling "Don't wait for me I'll be late and don't worry Brandon will drop me off" Well he's really mad. Brandon is Chris's best friend. I sighed a big time and got out of the car I am totally pissed I don't know why maybe because of my mother or on the Situation God why she has to be like this?
"Hey there buttercup" I looked around and found Nick behind me smiling and waving at me I went towards him and hugged him tightly. He looked at me worriedly
"Hey, what's wrong sweet pea?" he asked frowning at me
" why'd you ask that? Can't I hug my best friend ?" I asked him pouting sadly he looked at me with wide eyes and immediately shook his head
" No, No... no off course not, Jesus that's not what I meant. It's just that I asked because you look upset. Please tell me what happened?" He asked earnestly Awww he is soo sweet
"Mom" I blurted
"Oh God, what did that woman do now ?" He groaned knowingly. So I told him about morning's incident
" Hey it's okay don't be upset okay. Let's cheer you up buttercup, How does Ice cream after school sound? my treat " He asked excitedly
"ummmm sorry Nick I have to tutor Joey after school " I told him
"Ohhh uh I-I- okay no problem" he looked disappointed huhhhhh?
"Um how about in the evening? " I asked him hoping he won't deny and
"Call me in buttercup" he replied grinning
"Sure be ready at 5 I'll pick you up yeah?" he added
"yeah"
"Now common let's go" he announced and we made our way to our locker but before we could go any further I crashed into a wall Wait wall? when looked at the wall I mean the person I ran into, I wish I never had bumped into , Not any girl but ladies and gentlemen it was The Everleigh Rose Knight.
Everleigh Rose Knight is nothing but trouble No one like her She's the she-devil of the school and also the head of the cheerleader team. Have I mentioned that she gives me bad vibes? no? sorry, she does give me bad vibes. Everleigh and I are not exactly friends.
Actually, we were friends two years ago but me being me, I just pulled some pranks on her, okay for your knowledge Everleigh hates rats So this one time when I went to her home when we've used to be friends I secretly went to her room and hide a beetroot inside a box in such a way that it looked like mice,I placed that box on her bed and when she returned to her room and she was screaming like maniac It was really a sight to see .
I never got caught though and then one night when she came over my house for a sleepover because her parents went out for a day or two I went to her bathroom, took her toothbrush and put a small amount of food colouring making sure that the food colouring is the same colour as the bristles, Also I put some oracle numbing gel deep in the brace of bristles which was my favourite part and after that was history.
Unfortunately, I was caught and after that, she really started hating me well that's totally okay with me because she was really annoying
Then after that, she started being a typical witch to me and it was really Idiotic I must say. One day I had enough of her so I had this plan in my mind to teach her a lesson. So I went to girls locker room after gym where she take shower. I took off the shower head and poured the propel powder which is red in colour in the shower head I put the shower head back on the shower and wiped off the excess powder after that I went back to my hidden place to see the rest off the show. After the gym, as I assumed Everleigh went to the same stall and after five minutes I heard her scream When she came out of stall she was all red and believe me it was the hilarious scene. I couldn't contain my laugh and burst out of laughing and so had other girls. She looked around for the culprit and found me laughing.
She went to the principal office to complain about the prank I pulled on her Dumb girl why? because she had no proof about me told ya I do my work without any traces That's my speciality girl. Anyways back to reality
"Well Well, what do we have here?How are you freak? "She smirked evilly
No please not today I can't deal with this girl today I groaned inwardly I decided to ignore her, not a good idea sky
She grabbed my arm and pulled me back "I asked you how are you, freak girl?"
" There's no need to repeat yourself Everleigh. I ignored you just fine the first time" I replied. She was caught off guard for a second but she regained her composure. I looked around and found crowd forming around her. urgh, such an attention seeker ooppss .
"Ohhh sarcastic are we? huh" She asked. This girl she's getting on my nerves
"ohh darling you know na how sarcastic I am just like I know how stupid you are" I smirked Good one . I heard ohhhss and go girl among the crowd. I saw Nick and Astra behind me trying to control their laughter. HHHAAAA take that you ugly wogly witch but hey when did Astra came?
"Did you just called me stupid?" She asked
"Ohhh godd I am so sorry I hurt your feelings, Jesus I really thought you already know " I replied
"Shut up bitch" She yelled angrily. I pretend to look to my left and right and shot my eyebrows upwards looking surprised
"Ohh are you talking to me? I thought you are yelling at yourself" She was about to say something but I cut her off
" You know what Everleigh, My tolerance for Dumb idiots has end today so if you please excuse me I have a class to attend."
I excused my self and started walking to class not before turning around and saying loudly "Hey Everleigh, remember there's always a next time " I winked at her and went to attend my first class.
Time went fast, School was over and I was awfully nervous and let me tell you, my friends were not helping either why? because they were teasing me about it as if we're together and I was totally in love with him. Although I have this minny crush on him not that I am gonna admit in front of them.
[Time skips]
I was waiting for joey at the parking. My friends went to their home so I was all alone. I glanced at the watch Yep he is twenty minutes and thirty two seconds late . I sighed a big time and was about to sit in my car but, a voice stopped me
" Sorry Sorry I am late" He came running towards me panting heavily and slightly bending down to catch his breath
I just narrowed my eyes at him and stood there waiting patiently for him to give me the valid excuse.
Joey's POV
Shit shit I am late again. Sky must be waiting for me ohhh god I can't mess this up this is my only chance no no no I kept running towards parking where I told her to meet me.
Stupid Matt and Axel kept me holding because of their stupid childish fight. Idiots were fighting about which Ice cream flavour is best. can you guys believe that
So I told them we can go to the Ice cream parlour in the evening to decide that. They argued to go now but I reminded them about my tutoring. So here I am running right now. I finally saw sky leaning at her car but, she was about to leave so I called her
"Sorry Sorry I am late " I panted heavily bending down to catch my breath. She narrowed her eyes at me. I just looked at her. She is looking beautiful today in her simple black and white outfit. She is beyond beautiful but her looks never stood a chance compared to her beautiful heart and soul. Her eyes have the fire in them that makes my heart go wild. She's a mystery to me and a battle worth fighting for. She is the combination of sensitive and savage. She is just perfect. My thoughts were interrupted by a throat clearing. I looked at her and found her cheeks tinted little red

" You are late" She announced
" I know I know and I am sorry I was on time but my idiotic friends decide why not have a little fight? and make Joey late and they held me with them because I am obviously their friend so I have to stand there and watch their stupid arguments and you know what they argued about? A fucking Ice cream. An Ice cream? Really? who does that? So I told them I'd buy them the Ice cream and then decide. but, I was late so as soon as I glanced at the time I ran out of there and here I am. I am really sorry though. umm ohh shit.... I am rambling So... yeeah.. I'll stop... yeah.. Okay Sorry" I apologized . I was very nervous and anxious. Sky just stood there looking blankly at me
Oh wow joey you really are fucking goofus
She suddenly burst out of laughing. I stood there confused and dumbfounded
"Oh Jesus Christ you face... hahaha... It was hilarious" She said laughingly. A small smile broke on my face seeing her laughing. Her laugh is like a melody to my ears. When her laughter slowly died down, I guess she felt me staring at her and cleared her throat. I decided to break the silence
"Um let's get going, my car is over there" I offered her
"Uh no um, I actually brought my car, so Um I'll just follow you to your house." She replied
"oh okay," I said. Honestly, I am really disappointed that she won't be in my car.
Look at the bright side jackass at least she's coming with you
I went to my car and looked at her car in which she was already seated and signalled her to follow.
[Skipped car ride]
She parked her car beside my car . I was very excited but also very nervous. I feel like a child craving for his favourite candy.

"wow, Is this your house?" She questioned. I nodded at her.
"It's beautiful," She said
"yeah, thank you. Let's head in" I told her
We walked silently and ring my doorbell. My mother opened the door and she has this broad smile on her face and god it's not good. I cleared my throat
hmm.... there's lot of throat clearing today
"Hey Mama, this is Sky, " I told her
"Hello Mrs North, Nice to meet you," She said sweetly
"Nonsense dear call me Jennifer or Jenny and you look beautiful dear " My mom replied and hugged her
Sky was totally caught off guard
"umm thank you Mrs.. uh I mean Jenny" Sky said awkwardly
" Please come in dear" mom welcomed her We both followed my mom. Our maid brought some water and sky gladly took it.
"So dear are you Joey's girlfriend," my mom asked excitedly and that caused sky choking on her water. She was coughing violently. I went towards her and patted her back to calm her down. Mom got worried about it.
"Mom" I scold her
"Ohh dear, I am so sorry. Are you okay?" My mother asked her worriedly. Sky's coughing was gone finally
"No Mrs...uhh ...Jenny, that's okay I am fine and no I am not Joey's girlfriend. I will be tutoring Joey." She replied awkardly.
"Okay mom that's enough interrogation for today, we have to study okay," I said and she gave me her eyes saying
You have to tell me everything This isn't over
Before we could walk any further a small voice stopped us
"Mommy look Ms rosy came Comwwon Mommy. Hey J cwome M.." She was yelling excitedly but she stopped when she looked at sky.
"Who are you?" She asked sky innocently. Sky went towards her and kneel in front of her and greeted politely
"Hey, I am Skylar but, you can call me sky"
"Are you J's frwiend?" She asked.
"umm yeah" sky answered smiling
" Can I be your friend too?" Faith asked
"Of course sweet pea. We can be best friends forever." Sky said smiling
"Cwome on you can meet Ms Rosy" She took sky's hand and dragged her to the garden. Sky looked at me questioningly, I just smiled at her and followed them
Faith took sky near rose plants and jumped excitedly "Look Look Ms rosy "
Sky just smiled and looked at her adoringly
"Hey, Ms rosy this is my fwiend Sky " Faith introduced sky to her rose plants. I just stood there watching both of them. I decided to interrupt them
"Umm Faith love plants. She also named every plant here. She can be a handful sometimes" I informed sky
" Aww, she is so sweet and adorable. I love her already " She told me and continued talking with rose plants along with faith and I just stood there smiling and staring them
They look super cute when they smile
