Perfect Boyfriend Rules

Jenny has a boyfriend named Parker who starts to avoid her. He'd friend zone her if he wants to and would still claim that he's her boyfriend. Jenny get's sick of his antics and lays down certain rules for Parker to follow. Parker couldn't abide by the rules so Jenny decides to break up with him. Parker puts a condition that he'd only break up with her, if Jenny finds a guy who would completely abide by her rules . Would Jenny be able to find such a guy and put an end to this toxic relationship ?
