as soon as Percy descended he was met with a horrific scent. so horrible he could probably throw up his organs.

"you can't," Night said.

'what' I said leaving that horrific place.

"throw up. your body isn't physically capable of that. you are undead, and while you might bleed, you can't digest anything either" Night said.

Percy wanted to not go in there, but he had to. the reason? because his loot senses were tingling.

and something told Percy he would find lots of... interesting things down here.

*sigh* "here. I suppose this will help with the smell" Night said.

my sword disappeared from my hand. inside was a metal flask, and inside Percy couldn't smell.

'this won't kill me will it?' Percy asked.

"of course not. why would I kill my only source of entertainment that I've had in years" Night said offended?

Percy let out a mental sigh before taking a sip of whatever was in the flask.

oh boy, it worked immediately.

Percy felt his vision blur a bit and his sense of smell was nearly gone. another thing that happened was he was wobbling a bit.

and it tasted salty.

Percy descended again and this time he could deal with the hallows.

Percy killed some hallows before collecting a soul item.

Percy descended more stairs and arrived only to enter a cafeteria-type area.

Percy was exploring an area and nearly died because one of the enemies jumped down on him.

Percy had to roll behind the person as it did a slam attack. Percy then shoved his sword into the person's back. repeatedly.

Percy entered this room that had lots of barrels, and it didn't have anything and Percy had the urge to roll throw them.

Percy was about to leave when he heard someone calling for him.

"… You!

… Yes, you!

… Here, over here! … Please… … You must help me…" Percy heard.

Percy looked around and had to stand on his tiptoes to see the man.

at least this gave Percy the excuse to roll through the barrels.

"… Oh, there you are… … You must help me… … Or else… ... She'll have me for lunch! … You're my only hope… … Oh, please…" the man pleaded.

Percy would only shiver at the thought and got the man out of the barrel he was stuck in.

"… Th-thank you. I would have been her supper without you. Being eaten alive! I shudder to think… Thank you, thank you dearly. I am Laurentius, of the Great Swamp. I will not forget my debt to you..." Laurentius said.

Percy gave a nod of his head before watching the man head back out of the way Percy had cleared.

Percy entered the water area and felt rejuvenated. Percy blocked a Hallow attack from his left and killed it. then he had to deal with two more dogs.

Percy's vision began to blur more before clearing, Percy could smell the horrible scent again so he took another swig of the flask that NIght had given him.

with another two dogs and another butcher dead Percy found something amazing.

behind the butcher's table was a passageway that Percy jumped down.

Percy landed on some skulls but took a look at his surroundings.

he saw a big rat, 3 soul items, and a couple of exits.

the first thing Percy did was kill the rat that dropped humanity when it was killed.

Percy also picked up the

soul of nameless soldier x2]

Percy took another swig of the flask since it was down horrendous down her in these small tunnels.

Percy fell down this hole again and met a new creature. they had big eyes and dropped

[eye of death]

Percy was in their smoke for a second and he felt shivers up his spine and rolled away.

and there were so many of them too, and all that smoke.

Percy noticed that when they take the time to spew out the smoke it takes longer for the effect to kick in. but if they jump at you and spew it immediately it takes a bit.

Percy continued through the tunnels until he found a stairway leading upwards. the door at the top leads him back to the big rat's room

and going back up lead him to a bonfire.

Percy took another sip of the flask. Percy could tell that night was pleased.

'what is this made of?' Percy asked with a gulp.

"do you want to know?" Night asked.

'yes,' Percy said.

"my....."
