26 The meeting

Percy was on the phone. He wished he could complete this mission without her, but unfortunately she has the most knowledge about Greek myths than anyone he knew. Who else to turn to if not a daughter of Athena, regardless of how he felt about that particular daughter.

"I see..." Annabeth was saying. She seemed to be processing the information I told her about 'Voldemort' I told her earlier.

"If I were to guess, he doesn't sound like a demigod or at least not the Greek one's. Venturing a guess he sounds like a decendent of Echidna. She was a Greek monster not a god. She is described as half-woman and half-snake, who lived alone in a cave. She was the mate of the fearsome monster Typhon and was the mother of monsters."

"Ugh, not her again. How many children can she honestly have... Thanksgiving must be a horrible day for them." Percy said shaking his head. Percy had a history with the mother of monsters before and it was a headache to say the least.

"Well, this person you are dealing with sounds like he was a decendent of her not a direct child. Like a great x 8 grandson or more. Enough of her bloodline to have that ability but still seem human." Annabeth concluded.

"Ok, thanks Annabeth. You're a great help!" Percy said about to end the call when...

"Wait... Percy, we need to talk."

Percy sighed

"I know what your thinking..." Annabeth's voice sounded hurt by Percy's sigh which he did feel guilty about. But he couldn't keep having the same conversation over and over again. It wasn't healthy for either one of them.

"Look it's about something I found... look, I don't want to discuss it over the phone. When this is all over come to the Big house. Chiron and I have information we need to talk about..."

A little surprised he nodded. "Uh... yeah when it's all over I'll see you." At his words she hung up.

After a few minutes Percy seen Hermione speaking with a tall red headed Boy he guess was one of the Weasley clan. When he walked up Hermione happily introduced him as Fred.

Hermione's friend seemed to freeze, staring at his outstretched hand but unsure of whether or not she wanted to shake it. Percy tried not to be offended but it was hard considering he'd literally just met this guy and he was acting like he was trying to hand him a flask of Greek Fire.

He pulled his hand back, his face a combination of miffed and confused, "Or not, I guess."

Hermione glared at her friend, "Fred! Are you mental? This is my boyfriend, Percy! Don't be rude!"

Fred shook his head like she was coming out of a daze, "Your boyfriend? He just, what, appeared at your door a couple days before you go missing? And now we hear you are apart of some crazy prophecy? I don't like this Hermione."

It seemed a little weird to me this guy hardly knew nothing about what happened to her... yet instead of getting to know more about the problems he jumps at conclusions when I walked up.

"Yes," Hermione said curtly. "And turns out Percy isn't simple like you thought, but that is part of what we planned on telling everyone tonight."

Hermione looked at Percy and he could see the regret in her eyes as she extended an arm to his waist and guided him into a room lined with chairs all the while frowning.

"Hey," he rubbed the back of his head. "Don't let it bother you, I think he might have other reasons for his dislike of me."

Surprised she turned he gaze to meet my eyes in confusion. "I think he might like you."

Her eyes widened but looked thoughtful. Hermione frowned again and started to looking quite embarrassed. Thankfully people starting coming in and setting in chairs around us breaking her away from her thoughts. Right at this moment Harry walked into the room.

"Harry Pottter!" Hermione beamed.

"Mrs. Weasley," Harry smiled back. Mrs. Weasley made her way down the stairs, and wrapped Harry in a tight hug when she'd reached them. She stepped back and put a hand on Harry's cheek, looking affectionately at him.

Percy watched silently as Mrs. Weasley embraced Harry like he was one of her own. She was short and her face looked a little weary. She had plump cheeks and her hair was a tad darker red than Ron or the girl now standing behind her. Despite the weariness, she seemed to be almost beaming in happiness at the sight of Harry. Her brown eyes were kind and though she was probably close to fifty, she had a pretty face.

"You've grown so much!" She exclaimed at the sight of Harry who blushed a little embarrassed, though his smile never wavered. "But you're looking a little peakish, my dear! We'll have to get a proper meal in you as soon as we get home!"

Her eyes moved from Harry to Hermione right beside him and then landed on Percy.

"Hello, dear," she said kindly but seemed confused why he was setting on a 'Order' meeting with them.

"Mrs. Weasley," Hermione smiled. "This is my boyfriend, Percy Jackson."

A look of surprise covered her face, "Your boyfriend?"

"Yes, pleased to meet you."Percy said feeling overwhelmed.

"And I you" The older lady said "And you've met my daughter, Ginny." Mrs. Weasley gestured to the redheaded girl standing beside her. Yes he did meet her she was the one who called him 'Hot' when he walked in.

"Not formally no, it's nice to meet you. Ginny was it?"

But before she could answer Harry stepped in with his hand outstretched. "Yes, that's her name she is also my wife." He said looking protective.

"What is with these people, am I the big evil girlfriend snatcher?"

Percy sighed this was going to be one lone meeting.
