Percy's P.O.V. (First Person)

The Cosplayers are the creepiest people on Gaea - I mean Earth. I mean, they stalk teenagers, who still have homework to do by the way, and then they kidnap the teenagers and put them rooms that have extremely uncomfortable beds.

I stumbled off the bed they had put me on, and walked up to the glass that was blocking me from the Cosplayers. I felt 10 people outside, and I glared at one of them. I felt the others shift uneasily, and one of them even flinched. I smirked.

One of the people decided to test out whether I could see them or not (cough, Tin Man, cough), so he walked up to the front and waved at me. I shoved my hand into my pocket before waving back. He moved to one side, and I followed him. He glared at me, and I glared back. He did the chicken dance...and I stood there, laughing at his ridiculousness.

I felt the dude send me a glare and I just smirked back, sitting down on a chair that was set out for me. I folded my arms and propped my feet onto the table in front of me. Speaking of tables, Buford the table was one of the best parts of the Argo II. Man, he was like part of the crew. I don't think any table could replace him. I remember that he used to say-

GAH! ADHD! I should get back to the story.

Anyway, while I was thinking about tables, Spangles walked in, except he looked fairly normal - without the American Flag on him and whatnot. He sat down opposite of me and pushed his chair in. Spangles smiled at me, but I just gave him a deadpan look.

Spangles cleared his throat before saying, "Perseus-"

I cut him off, "Percy. Don't call me Perseus if you know what's good for you."

He nodded, "Percy, I'm here to test your strengths. We're going to arm wrestle, and don't worry if you lose. I'm a super soldier."

He held out his arm, and I leaned in and took. In less that five seconds, Spangles' arm was pinned to the table. I leaned back in my chair and smirked before saying, "So...do you have a name, or should I keep calling you Spangles in my head?"

His eyes widened in shock for a split second before saying, "Captain America, Super Soldier from World War Two."

I smiled remembering Nico, "I have a friend that you might like to meet."

He smiled back at me before getting up. Before he left, he looked at me and said, "You're going to be interrogated later. After all the tests, so get comfortable."

He left and another dude came in. He had a small beard and he sat down, "So. Kid. I-"

"Don't call me kid," I snarled and glared, sounding a lot meaner than I intended to.

He flinched, "Perseus-"

"Percy," I prompted, softer but still glaring.

A flash of annoyance showed in his eyes before it left just as fast, "Percy. I'm here to test your smarts and battle strategy."

I nodded as he slid a two papers in front of me. One was a test and the other blank. Goatee Boy started talking again, "See how fast you can finish the test with accurate answers. I'll time you."

I started on the test and I think I finished in about a minute. He nodded before gesturing to the blank paper in front of me, "Draw out how you would place your soldiers in war. Both the enemies and the offence should have their best defenses up."

My demigod senses kicked in and I started scribbling drawings on the paper, concentrating on exactly how the demigods would be placed in case of another war. Knowing the Fates, they hate me enough to cause one just for kicks.

I handed the paper back after I finished my drawing, and Goatee looked at it, shocked. He looked back at me in...fear. He gulped before rushing out the door. I pressed my ear to wall, which thankfully wasn't soundproof. I could hear he was saying.

"The kid's intelligence is a little above average, but not crazy amazing. But his battle strategy...it's flawless. I don't..." I leaned away from there. That's all I needed to know. I sat back down and another guy came in.

I smiled, "Hey! You're the dude that turned into a raging green monster! Mega cool by the way. How'd you do that?"

He muttered something I couldn't quite hear before saying, "I'm Bruce, and I'd rather not talk about the other guy if you don't mind."

"Wow, I'm impressed. You have manners, unlike Goatee Boy over there," I used my head to point to exactly where he was standing.

Bruce paled before saying, "Yeah well...I'm here to test your mental health, and maybe physical depending on when all the tests end."

I felt my eyes darken, and I nodded.

Bruce pulled out a clipboard before saying, "I'm going to give you a series of words, one by one. Tell me the first word that comes to your head."

I nodded and Bruce said (A/N: Bruce's words will have a dash after them for the test.), "Red.-"

"Blood."

"Black.-"

"Nico."

"Torture.-"

"Tartarus."

"Love.-"

"Annabeth."

"Scars.-"

"Many."

"Insane.-"

"Broken."

"Death.-"

"War."

"Flaw.-"

"Betrayal."

Bruce noted all the words down before looking at me in concern. I just clutched my head, trying to get all the memories of the wars and Tar-The Pit out of my head. I would go insane one of these days...

Bruce walked out with one more glance at me. Then, red head walked in. She smiled, but there was nothing warm about it. It was cold and calculating. It reminded me my Wise Girl's smile. Wait...MY WISE GIRL. My expression morphed into fear as I jumped out of my chair and started pacing.

Red Head looked at me in confusion, "Are you okay?"

I shook my head vigorously before saying, "My girlfriend's gonna kill me if I go missing again. I was gonna call her, but then you all just had to kidnap me."

She smirked, "Sit down, and maybe you can leave early enough so that your girlfriend won't kill you."

I nodded and sat down even though I knew that there was no way in Hades she was going to let me off the hook.

Red Head pulled out some files, "I'm going to ask you some questions. Where do you live?"

I scoffed, "With my mom."

She narrowed her eyes, "Where does your mom live?"

"With me," I said, rolling my eyes.

Red hear gripped her file in annoyance, "Where do you both live?"

I feigned disappointment, "Together."

Red head groaned and I smirked, "Where's your house?"

"Next to my neighbor's house," I said.

She banged her head against the table, "Where's your neighbor's house?"

I leaned in, "If I tell you, you won't believe me."

Red head looked hopeful, "Tell me."

"Next to my house," I whispered.

She sighed, "Okay, what part of the city do you live in?"

I rolled my eyes, "Nunya."

Natasha knew fully where this was going (I saw it in her eyes), "Nunya?"

I nodded, my eyes showing fake surprise, "As in Nunya Business. I'm surprised you haven't heard of it!"

Natasha nodded in mock embarrassment, "I'm a world class hero, and here I am, learning about neighborhoods in the city I protect."

I snickered, "You're pretty cool."

She smiled at me, her eyes showing a little more warmth than before, "You too, Percy. I have a feeling you girlfriend's getting angrier by the minute. Time for some questions that you might actually answer."

I smirked and she asked me, "Why'd you blow up so many schools?"

I leaned back, "Wasn't me. It was a few insane teenagers that really needed some mental help."

She noted it down, "The St. Louis Arch?"

I shrugged, "Some terrorist lady with a rabid dog."

She looked at me before asking, "Where do you go yearly?"

"Summer camp," I said, popping the 'p'.

Red rolled her eyes, "Why'd you throw your class into a shark tank?"

I laughed at memory, "Oh. I was in fourth grade and I pulled a lever that dropped us into the Shark Pool at Sea World."

She straightened her files and asked the last question, "Why did you go around the world with so many teenagers recently? You were seen injured and near bomb sites."

I sat straight, "My crazy aunt kidnapped me that year. Wiped my memory and my friends had to help me get away from her. They called in some favors from their parents to help me out of it."

Red Head nodded and got up to leave before asking, "What did you mean by 'missing again' ?"

I cringed, "I was missing for six months because of the previously said crazy aunt before my friends could help me."

She nodded and left the room, leaving me to myself. Then...the god walked in in all his godly glory.

He fried the camera that was filming us, with lightning, and busted a speaker behind me so that no one would hear or see us. The only way they could see me and the god was through the one-way window. I looked at him, and the god smiled.

He put a hammer down on the table, "It's an honor to meet you, young Perseus. I am Thor, Norse god of Thunder, and an admirer."

I raised an eyebrow in confusion, "Another Pantheon? Next you're going to tell me Indian gods exist. And to think, I HAD to meet another Drama Queen. How do you know me anyway?"

He smirked a smug and proud expression, "Your stories are told all over in the world of Asgard. You are a hero. However, I can assure you that I am nothing like Zeus."

I felt my eyes darken, "Being a hero is the worst life anyone can have." I looked up at him and saw sadness in his eyes. Feeling bad, I said, "On a brighter note, if you're not like Zeus, we'll get along just fine."

He nodded, "Friday, please reboot the systems and turn on visual and audio once again."

A voice rang out, "Yes, Thor."

I jumped and grabbed Riptide in pen form, "Who's there?"

Thor laughed, "That is Friday, young hero. Tony Stark's Artificial Intelligence. This building is filled with technology."

I looked around, "Styx. Thor, I don't do well with technology."

Before Thor could answer, Friday's voice rang out saying that the systems were rebooted. Thor winked, "Young Son of Jack, please, try and lift the hammer on the table."

I looked at the hammer and raised my eyebrow, but I did as told. Thor gaped at me, and I felt the people on the other side of the glass grow surprised. I smirked as I played with the hammer. I looked back at Thor, "This is pretty light."

Thor nodded and his eye twinkled with excitement before he whispered, "I hope to meet to you again, young hero."

I smirked and watched him walk out the door like the others did. I waited for what seemed like 8 billion years until finally, the one-way glass slid down, reveling 10 people, including a very mean looking pirate dude.

He looked at me with calculating eyes before asking, "Perseus Jackson...would you like to join the Avengers?"
