13 A last mission

When I materialize back the first thing I see is a satiro vomiting and Leo screaming.

- First my monitor, now my floor!

-The bunquer belongs to the camp not to you, now can you get a floor cloth? - Annabeth corrects Leo, already going to get water for Grover.

I put my hand on the dejected satiro's shoulder and ask:

- Feeling better?

He looks at me with indigestion as he replies: - I said I wanted to go on foot, but it's more fun to push the satyr, isn't it?

- Sorry, but we're in a hurry. What do you prefer, seasick or lose your best friend?

He looks at me thoughtfully before speaking.

- Good point, but if you ever start to become immortal I will make you pay the change.

I smile and say:

- Hopefully, it doesn't reach that point!

Annabeth has just cleaned up and I help her. Léo goes back to work on some project while the sick Grover rests against a wall. As soon as Alabaster is teleported I get up and declare.

- Very well! From now on every second counts, someone needs to warn Chirion while the others organize the campers. I'll see if my mom already has the location.

-Look percy, you're getting good at making plans that are not for battle. Only a few details are missing, I talk to Chiron and Leo and Alabaster are quicker and noisier to organize campers more quickly. Let's go!

At Annabeth's command, I run to my cottage. Grover walks slowly still recovering. I can hear Leo and Alabaster betting who will gather the most campers first. And so we are divided into different paths.

Do you know what I just noticed? Besides my sentes having improved( As I can still hear Leo from this distace.) I'm very fast, the forest and the strawberry fields are blurry, and before I knew it I was at Poseidon's Chalet.

It's a little empty since Tyson is no longer here. As soon as i receive the location i will pass it on to annabeth and she will be busy devising an attack plan with the other children of athena. I'm going to use that time to go see Tyson and Ella.

For that I need to get ready in record time.

Tyson's organization helps.

Now what do I really need?

Backpack with food and water? Checked.

Nectar and first aid kit? In the shelf.

Sleeping bag, where's the sleeping bag? There is! it's already in the bag!

Now just run fast to. . . A rainbow? It's a message from Isis, but already?

As the image clears I can recognize the face of. . . Paul?

- Hi, is this thing on? How am I supposed to know if it's working? -He waves his hands and screams as if he finds himself talking to the air. I contain as much of my laughter as I can, but I can't help but smile.

-Hi Paul, here in front of you, concentrate to look through the fog.

-By the gods! Now that's fetishism! Anyone who gave me mortals could use it in everyday ... it is .. ecological, efficient, just blown away! - He can't stop baubucilar with an astonished face after noticing that it really worked.

-I'm sure iris would love to hear that, but I'm in a bit of a hurry so. . .

-Oh! yes, the address. I'm sorry, your mother had a little energy with your sister and this is the first time that I even came close to one of those ..- He will not stop talking properly.

-Paul? -I say gently trying to get you to the point.

-Ok, it's in the Bergen Street Lower Level Platform.

-a turistic spot? Really?
