Pendulum is an all-mechanical city where skies do not exist. In order to keep the gears of Pendulum turning the use of Arkanes and Grimoires are required. Not much is known about these creatures except that they are the key to keeping Pendulum alive. Scars is a Grimoire who has lost her name and memories. Vyncynt is an Arkane who has lost his Grimoire.
