In a white room of the hospital, there were several pieces of equipment blinking, and three nurses and a female doctor were assisting a woman to give birth.

"Push harder ma'am push harder it is almost done" One of the nurses who was assisting the woman encouraged the woman.

"AHHHHA" The woman screamed in pain as tears were dropping from her face. The woman had silky white hair, light gray eyes, and an hourglass figure.

"Miss Rei it's almost done please bear with us" The other nurse encouraged as well.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHH" Rei moaned in pain as she clutched the white bedsheets she was resting in.

"It's done ma'am look there are twins!" The doctor exclaimed as she calmly picked the babies and cleaned them.

The doctor used a warm washcloth to lightly wash both of the children who then started to cry out loud.

"UWAAAAHHH" Both of the babies cried out loud.

'The hell? Wait is this rebirth?' Hajime was about to lash out but suddenly remembered his predicament.

"Ma'am would like to hold them? I will tell your family about the successful delivery" The doctor said as she took the children and took them near Rei.

"Yes please, I would like to. " Rei said with a smile as she held both of the children.

MUSUTAFU HOSPITAL OUTSIDE DELIVERY ROOM ( 489)

Four figures were waiting outside the door of the delivery room three of them were showing nervous faces and the fourth one had a stoic expression.

"Mr.Endevour! the delivery was successful you have twins all of you are allowed to meet them now" The doctor came out and told them with a smile.

The three children all with white hair and red streaks stood up excitedly and Endevoer also stood up and slammed the door open.

"Enji! you are here what should we name them?" Rei said as she held out the two children towards Enji.

"Name them whatever you want since you are fine you will stay with the kids for a few days here I will return to my Hero duties now," Enji said with a straight face and then promptly left.

"I see then see you later" Rei meekly said and then looked towards her children and smiled sweetly.

"Come here Toya, Fuyumi and Natsuo meet your new siblings the girl will be named Shizuka Todoroki, and let's name the boy will be named Kazuya Todoroki," Rei told her three children as the kids observed each other.

Toya was the oldest among oof his siblings he had spikey white hair with red ends he carefully approached Shizuka and Kazuya then extended his hand and fingers towards Kazuya.

Fuyumi who was the second oldest also had spiky white hair with red ends she also watched with interest as Toya approached their new siblings.

Natsuo was the youngest among the three but it has changed as he saw with interest towards Kazuya and Shizuka.

'Wait Enji? She called someone Enji and named me Kazuya Todoroki. So I must be in BNHA world but wait I don't remember there being Shizuka in the story maybe it was just a manga thing?' Kazuya thought as he remembered the anime he watched. Although he was not a complete weeb shutting himself off from the real world he was still quite interested in anime and would watch some whenever he got a chance to do so.

'No, wait it could be that Shoto is gender-bent... wait was it because of my existence? If it is I must find out what else has changed' Kazuya thought but then he saw a blurry finger coming towards him as if to poke him.

'Is this one of my brother's fingers?' Kazuya thought as he grabbed the fingers and then laughed to entertain the kids.

"UWAAAHH" All three of the kids spoke in surprise and looked towards Toya's fingers.

"Ara ara~ it seems that he likes you, Toya," Rei said as she smiled looking towards her children and noticed that Fuyumi was also trying to poke Shizuka.

'I guess I will let them play with each other' Rei thought tired from just giving birth and then laid on her bed for some rest.
