He didn't know what to do about it all when he had seen her there in his room. It hurt to think that she would readily reject him soon after she got her memories back. Was it that easy for her? He wondered. Then why was he the only one who was stuck like this? Why was it that even when he was surrounded by a hundred other options, his heart yearned for her? 

He had fallen in love like crazy but beyond that, Elize was right. He had turned into an obsessive stalker. That was what he was now. He thought, looking down at his hands. He hadn't risen from the corridor in front of the prince's room. He had stayed there ever since she had left him at that exact place when she had left with the prince.
