185 Chapter 185: The attack

Lloyd's POV

The party of elves was standing by the window of an abandoned building. They could see shadows moving through the fog above them. They stayed hidden, making the least amount of noise possible. Wraiths were usually attracted by blood and nothing else caught their attention. Hence the group was pretty safe, standing on the second floor of the building, though they were pretty close to the shadows. 

Lloyd peered down the window. He couldn't see any vampire scouring the street below them. It was worrying since they were at the center of the village. Why did the place which once had been heavily guarded, suddenly abandoned? It seemed too suspicious. Almost like they were welcoming them inside.
