142 Chapter 142: This looks perfect

"Elize Gurg, will you marry me?" Zack asked with a broad smile.

He slowly took out a tiny box from his pocket and extended it towards her, opening it in the process. A ring lay upright on the velvety cushion inside it. Her heart skipped a beat, seeing the delicate stones crowning a slim golden band. She hadn't seen this coming. 

Elize was so overwhelmed that she couldn't get a word out of her mouth. She stayed there, with her eyes wide, staring at Zack with quivering lips. She didn't understand what had come over her suddenly, but she couldn't help it when a lone tear escaped her eye. 

"Zack I-" She croaked, biting down on her lips to keep herself from bawling. 

Zack looked confused as he reluctantly stood up. 

"Babe?" He asked, looking uneasy.
