"You need to tell me what happened," Irina said, sitting across the table. 

The three of them were staying shut inside the academy infirmary ever since the past hour. Irina had advised Elize to skip her classes for the day, seeing her weak state. Agatha didn't have the mind to leave her in that state, feeling guilty about what had happened. Although Irina had reassured her that it was not her fault- that the spell had vanished into thin air before Elize had fallen, she couldn't stop crying. Elize watched her friend sniffle, sitting at the end of the infirmary cot with a smile. 

"Elize? Are you listening to me?" Irina pressed, looking pointedly at her.
