|Third Pov Theodore|

After their little scuffle, they stayed for a little longer as Rose's nap time wasn't over. The two guys who got beaten swiftly left the park.

A few minutes later Rose woke up which meant it was time to go home. Theodore invited them to stay the night again which they immediately agreed.

They spent the rest of the day playing games with Rose. A game that Sophie taught them was a card game called Cheat.

Rose didn't particularly understand the game so played Snap and Go fish before having dinner.

After dinner, they watched a documentary on the deep blue sea which got Rose to finally fall asleep. While watching the documentary Theodore had clone renovate one of the spare bedrooms into a small office space for the three of them.

Rose was put to bed with her trusty little friend Icy watching over her.

Mary and Sophie, we're stood outside the room he had his clone prepare and said "Since we will now be co-workers and are the founders of this new developer team It makes sense to get us an office space"

Theodore then opened the door a revealed their office space.

There were three desks with the latest PCs, monitors and drawing tablets. Gaming chairs that have a massage feature with a heating and cooling effect. There was another desk that had a microwave, espresso machine, bowl of fruits and a mini-fridge underneath.

In the centre of the room was a whiteboard with the words "Getting It Over It" and "Understanding Persistence"

"Wow! So are you going to explain the game?" Said Sophie

"Of course. . . not," Said Theodore cheerfully

Mary and Sophie both looked confused"Huh?"

"Mary you will be putting together that marketing file and after that, you can start hunting for talented programmers and artists. Sophie will be doing the art side with my clone providing some incite on the art style. I will also teach you both programming and digital arts for future projects. Now the reason for not telling you anything about the game is because you two will be the first to play. You two will play it live" Said Theodore with an evil grin

Sophie suspected something was off and said "Nope find some other lab rats"

"I'll do it on one condition," Said Mary

"What's your condition?" Asked Theodore

"I want the same treatment as Sophie" Said Mary while folding her arms

Theodore replied, "Do I treat Sophie different?"

"In secret, yes," Said Mary while blushing

"In secret?...." Theodore was even more confused before he looked towards Sophie in shock and said: "Did you tell her?"

"I didn't tell her," Said Sophie in defence

"She didn't need to tell me. I was there on the first night you did it. I came to knock on your door when I first stayed the night but Sophie had beaten me to it and was already eating your face before kicking the door on me" Said, Mary while giving Sophie a glare

"Wait you want to 'Do It' in exchange for playing the game?" Said, Theodore

"No, I said I want the same treatment so this won't be a one-time thing," Said Mary

"Nope not happening, I'll play the game on the condition that you don't listen to her condition," Said Sophie

"Weren't you guys buddy, buddy on PUBG?" Said Theodore tiredly

"That's then and this is now," Said, Sophie

Mary was quiet for a bit before saying "Theo, I want to talk to Sophie can you leave the room"

"Umm yeah sure," Said Theodore before leaving the office room

With the door closed, Mary then turned on the rooms silence mode and said "Let's talk"

"You are not fucking Theo end of the discussion," Said Sophie

Mary gave a smug smile and said "Are you afraid that I'll take Theodore from you after having an equal standing"

"Shut up, Theo isn't mine. He doesn't know if he's ready for anything serious after his wife left so we've just been doing it for fun" Said Sophie

"Good cause if you hurt Theo I will kill you," Said, Mary with a mass of killing intent falling on Sophie

Sophie wasn't the least bit bothered by it as she replied with her killing intent "I could say the same for you. This isn't a game for me, I don't know if it's love but it feels right"

Mary pulled her killing intent back and said with a graceful smile "Your still not sure? Well I don't know how it happened but I love Theo and am willing to share"

"Well I can't," Said, Sophie

Mary gave a light sigh "Listen to me first. I've been watching Theo closely and have concluded that he will never decide who he wants between us. He will always compromise to keep us somewhat happy because he doesn't want to lose us like he lost his wife. No to mention a decision will lead to one of us leaving which will leave hurt not just Theo but Rose. So with that said I say we cooperate to make sure there aren't any more women or Theo and Rose gets hurt"

As much as Sophie wanted to deny it but she was all too familiar with the concept of "let's just be friends". Watching your crush be madly in love with someone else is a slow pain that can make anyone crazy.

Sophie sighed and said "Fine but let's get this straight we are never fucking"

"I'm straight so that wasn't ever gonna happen. I'll have a contract written up by tomorrow" Said Mary while putting her hand out a handshake

Sophie took the hand and before shaking it she squeezed it and said "I hope I can trust you this is my love life don't fuck it up"

"That's why I'm writing a contract," Said Mary while taking the brunt of Sophies crushing squeeze

Sophie nodded and then shook her hand "Partners"

Mary smiled "Partners"

Mary then turned off the rooms silence mode and opened the door to see Theodore on his phone.

"So did you guys iron things out?" Asked Theodore

Mary and Sophie gave a subtle nod

"Okay so that sleeping with each other thing is now off the table we'll talk about a new condition," Said Theodore ignorant of the deal that just went down

"No sorry the condition still stands" Said Sophie while gnashing her teeth

"Yep and you can continue the same thing with Sophie and just so you know, a threesome is not on the table," Said Mary with a wide smile

"W-wait, wait what? So you guys are okay with me having a sexual relationship with both of you," Said, Theodore

"Yes that what it come to" Said, Sophie

Taking a deep breath Theodore said, "Wait, walk me through how or why you decided to do this?"

They avoided his gaze while staying silent.

Theodore could only think of any viable reason before finally understanding that's it because he's weak.

He asked, "Are you guys doing this to spare my feelings?"

Still no answer from them

He sighed and said "Yes my marriage left some wounds but they are healing very quickly"

Poking them in the head he continued "You two don't need to make sacrifices especially for an indecisive asshole. You guys are one of a kind women that can find any guy to love you selfishly without even thinking twice. I'm not worth the hassle"

Mary seemed to have gained some courage as she replied "Then I guess I'm an idiot"

"Your right I can find any guy to love me but I don't want any guy. I want my monster, Teo" Said Sophie

"Are we seriously going to take the unconventional route that might do more bad than good?" Asked Theodore still not at all confident that he can give them what they want

"Yes!" A decisive reply filled with confidence came from Mary and Sophie

"I'm still not ready for anything serious" Said Theodore

"We are going to get you ready," Said Mary confidently

"So we're still friends with casual sex mixed in" Said Theodore

"Yes" Another decisive reply from both of them

"Well then I guess we're friends with benefits from now on" Said Theodore while giving a hard nod

Mary corrected him "Wrong, we're friends trying to make something happen"

"Okay let's stop talking about it I don't want to think about it. Let's just get to work" Said Sophie while holding her head like she had a headache before sitting herself down on a desk

"We need a schedule," Said Mary while sitting herself at a desk near her

"Urgh I knew you'd make sex boring" Said Sophie while starting the computer up

While they had a friendly fight Theodore was still at the door in complete shock before finally saying a silent prayer 'If there's a god out there responsible for this, THANK YOU!! I hope you can protect me during this rocky ride. Amen'

"What are doing Theo aren't you going to send me the reference images," Said, Sophie while getting a feel of the drawing tablet

Theodore quickly made a clone and got to work with programming. Mary started putting all her marketing knowledge into a detailed file while Theodore's clone was shown the Art style for the game.

Even while programming Theodore was still celebrating in his head.
