63 Another Eventful Day

After a fulfilling lunch at McDonald's, we head to the car park. Rose was in my arms holding her Happy Meal box and her Topper Rabbit toy.

Rose looked around my shoulder towards the two yellow arches longingly while saying "I like Mac-donald"

"Hahaha don't worry we'll come again another time," I said lovingly

"Good" Said Rose while still looking at the yellow arches

We then went shopping again and bought a stuffed Topper Rabbit and a child safety seat. I also got two first aid kits, a small pink blanket, a thermal blanket, 2 big black furry blankets with a solar charger and a fuck ton of snacks.

I'm not crazy, if your family had a thing for taking long car trips then you know the struggle of the car breaking down with no heating or any entertainment.

There something about being stuck on the highway that makes me stupid hungry hence the need for a lot of snacks which will be in my inventory with one of the first aid kits.

I also bought more sketchbooks and pencils. I bought us a tub of vanilla ice cream with spoons and then had Sophie drive us to Vista Hermosa Natural Park.

The park features walking trails, streams, meadows, oak savannahs, picnic grounds, and a nature-themed. I let Rose loose with Icy following her trail like a good pet.

I was holding a cooler with our Ice-cream and drinks inside. On my other hand was Rose's bag filled with extra clothes, a towel, a blanket and another pair of shoes. On my back was a thick bag filled with snacks and helpful tools.

Sophie turned the quite walk into a photo shoot. With every bright and beautiful plant being turned into a backdrop. We were all dragged into her photos which were innocent and honest fun.

I got Sophie to send them to me so that I can later put it into the family album. It was a nice 20-minute walk before we finally reached the picnic area.

I put down the bags. I dig through the backpack and pull out a picnic blanket before laying it on the soft green grass.

I then deployed a small umbrella to give Rose some shade. I opened the cooler pulled out the tub of Vanilla ice cream and then went through Rose bag before retrieving a small green bowl with a small plastic spoon.

I shared the tub with Sophie and Mary while Rose happily licked her spoon clean after every spoonful.

A few minutes later Rose was feeling sleepy so pulled out her blanket and covered her whilst rocking her to bed. Mary looked through Rose's bag and found a small pillow.

I then placed Rose down in the centre with us all watching her quietly suck on her big thumb.

I wasn't worried about her waking up as Rose had the best skill any parent could hope for, heavy sleeper. When sleeping Rose's senses close off.

I also wanted her to experience sleeping in the open as its better than sleeping in a stuffy room.

"She's so precious" Said Sophie cheerfully

"You taught her well Theo," Said Mary

I nodded my head in complete agreement while also adding "She's my little Petal after all. About the shop thing earlier I know your intentions were good but please don't spoil her too much with clothes and toys. I have a lot of money but I'm holding myself back in hopes of not turning my sweet Rose into spoiled brat"

Mary and Sophie both immediately apologise.

"I'm not saying I don't appreciate it I just hope you guys can show some restraint when buying things for her," I said sincerely

They both nod their heads.

"But you know it was really nice coming out like this. Overall I think both Rose and I had a lot of fun. I might have to invite you guys to our next road trip" I said happily

"Well It not like I'm busy so be sure to invite me," Said Sophie while shrugging

"Same with me," Said, Mary

"Okay good because Rose has taken an interest in animals and I was thinking of visiting a zoo. I also plan to go on a camping trip you guys up for camping in the woods?" I ask

"A lot of grandpa's hunting adventures led me to camping, so it's nothing new to me," Said Mary confidently

"I'm good as long as we have a place to bathe" Said Sophie

"It's settled then. How's about after we develop Getting Over It we celebrate with a trip to the Zoo then later on well go camping" I said excitedly

"Getting Over It??" They said in a questioning tone

"Its the game. I already have a clone at home working on the programming, Mary I'm gonna need you to find me a reasonable site to publish our games on. Also, put-together every marketing technique you know. Sophie you'll be the hype man and of course do some artwork as well. I'll send you some images and an art style before the end of the day" I said excitedly

"A deal is a deal so I'll do the best that I can do" Said Mary

"I'm just happy that I ain't working for mom and dad any more" Said, Sophie

We then watched my Interview and checked what the internet is saying. For starters, there are two new titles added to my name. The first one is L.A's Big Fool which is born from my comment on how my market is more than Hollywood and America.

The other is Hollywood Rival which was due to my clear disdain for Hollywood. To be fair I don't have any plans to rival Star's/Companies just don't care for it.

Sophie and Mary then got up played fetch with Icy while I sat and watched over Rose.

A few minutes later I see something interesting. Two tall good looking guys approach Sophie and Mary.

'This should be good' I thought while using my improved sense to better hear and see

The guy on the left was caucasian and had electric blue hair that went past his shoulders with a lip piercing and a square head.

The other guy had brown skin, a bald head with a tribal tattoo sleeve on his right arm. Both of the guys were wearing tank tops that showed off their muscular body and ripped jeans with trainers. To top it all off they had dark sunglasses on.

'Fuck boy attire check,' I sat up to get a better of view of the shit show that's about to happen

The blue-headed guy approached Sophie and asked "Hey I'm Lucas"

Sophie gave a kind smile and "Hi I'm just here to play with my friends so can you guys leave us alone"

The bald guy stepped up and said "Nah it cool we wanted to play as well"

Mary gave them a cold glance and said "She was being nice now fuck off"

"Come on shawty you ain't gotta be like that" Said Blue-headed guy

"it's cool I like a girl that's got some sass to them," Said Bald guy

Seeing something embarrassing bound to happen I shout "Leave while you still have some dignity"

Sophie shouted back "We've got this Theo don't worry"

"Yeah, so like what's your number, beautiful?" Asked the bald guy while reaching out for Mary's wrist

"I just got a new bed all that's missing is you," Said The blue-headed guy

"Hahaha" I immediately laugh hearing his shitty line

As I laugh shit hit the fan fast. The bald guy stupidly grasped Mary's wrist. Mary immediately retaliated with a swift kick to the balls. Mary then performed a standard judo throw that led to the big bald guy to fly over her shoulder and lay sprawled out on his back.

The blue haired guy was even more daring he tried grab Sophie by the hip. Sophie did not take kindly to the touching as she delivered a nasty jab at the blue-headed guys adam's apple, followed by a clap to ear which shook his brain before being thrown on to his friend.

Both guys were now on the floor trying to regain their breath with their pride and confidence in shambles.

Mary and Sophie walked back to me with Icy while the surrounding people just clapped and chuckled.

"10/10 would watch again," I said with my thumbs up
