11 Almost time to leave

I joined Kiyo for breakfast. Miya wasn't here yet, I wonder if she told Kiyo about our conversation last night. "Hey... I'm planning on leaving today." After getting Kiyo's attention I continued speaking. "I was hoping you could help me find a place for my next destination. Don't worry if it's too much of a bother, I'll go ask Lyla or Miya." Was it mean of me to use her rivalry with Lyla against her? It would be stupid of me to not use everything I have to my advantage when I'm about to leave it here in order to explore this world. Also, I needed to bring up Miya to know if Kiyo knows Miya will most likely leave with me.

Kiyo shot me a look. It's okay if she doesn't like me, I'll probably never see her again after today. "Alright, I'll help you find a place to travel to." The front door creaked open. Miya was here together with Lyla. "Everyone is together! That makes it easier. Last night I decided we should all travel together!" I almost spat out the water I was drinking. What'd she just say? "I already asked Kiyo and Lyla, they both agreed to it. We've always stuck together so I decided we should all leave the village together. Is it going to be difficult to travel in a group of four?" "No! Not at all. It'll be nice to travel with more people." I guess I was being stupid, I should have expected this. Well, what can I say? Karma is a b....(AN: Nope! I shouldn't use bad words in a novel.)
