I made posters the next day and got to work early to put them up. 'That should do.' I wonder if I could hire someone to help me talk to the volunteers. I walked over to the office to begin working. While looking through papers I realized something was different. 'The stack of papers for missing people are gone!' I wonder where they went, someone probably moved them. I continued working.

Many adventurers headed to the capital in hopes of being hired to serve the queen. There's a total of one hundred positions and over five thousand applied, many staff members took temporary leaves so the could go watch the competition. The competition would take place over thirty days.'I wonder if the queen actually wants new guards or she just wants something interesting to watch to make up for the unfinished anniversary celebration.'

The manager was furious when he found out staff were skipping work to watch a competition, looks like a third of the staff will be fired by the end of this week. After work I went over to the church. Many families came to wish for good luck for the adventurers they knew or were family with. I was able to learn a lot about adventurers just listening to them talking. I wonder if Kiyo and the others plan to go watch the competition.
