51 2nd Round
There's a one day break before the next round starts. Many townspeople have returned to the town because the people they were watching have been eliminated. A few of our staff that returned were asked to go see the manager. The staff that went to the capital without a leave were fired along with some who made a fake excuse on their reason for needing to leave. The manager was so mad they probably would never get a job at an adventurer's guild again.
The prince replied to the letter I sent him, I was able to get Chase's address. I started writing a letter.

Dear Chase,
Congratulations on passing the first round! How are you and your friend doing? I heard that over four hundred contestants were injured. Since you had to leave in a hurry neither of us got to properly introduce ourselves. My name is Cecilia, I'm an abbess who works at the town's church, but I also work at the adventurer's guild to help with certain issues. If you're curious, I got your name from my friend, the one that let the two of you into the capital. If you need to contact me, I wrote my address on the envelope. Good luck with the competition!

Once I finished, I had my carrier pigeon deliver the letter to the capital. There's something like a delivery service at the capital. A letter can be delivered to the border where a mailman picks it up and delivers it.
-Next Day-
The second round was announced to be group battles. Unlike in the battle royal fight in the first round, people are required to make groups of twenty-five, since soldiers guard the queen in groups of twenty-five. Each group will select a leader. The twenty groups will fight in a group battle royal, each person from another team you eliminate equals a point for your team. If a team loses it's leader the team get's negative one hundred points, the one who eliminated the leader gets fifty points for their team. In the end, the queen will announce which teams have passed
So if your leader gets eliminated you've pretty much lost. It wasn't announced how many people will go onto round three.

On the first day of the second round, two teams (50 people) was eliminated.
On the second and third days no teams were eliminated.
On the fourth day, one team (25 people) was eliminated.
On the fifth day, three teams (75 people) was eliminated.
Fourteen teams (350 people) go onto the next round.
