8 Goblin Dungeon-3

~ So we just have to enter the forest right?- Ray asked while looking at forest infront of him. They walked through the plane and were standing at the entrance of the forest.

~ I don't know but don't let your guard down.( Pritam)

~ Ok.(Ray)

Pritam nodded and entered the forest, following him Joy and Ray also entered.

[ Third Floor of Goblin Dungeon]

[ Kill all the goblins here -0/50]

After seeing the notification Pritam took his sword out. They were at the outer lair of the forest and was surrounded by long trees.

~Only 50? I thought it will be near about 100.(Joy)

~ Maybe they will be more intelligent.(Ray)

As Ray said those words a sharp arrow flew past him. He looked at the direction from where the arrow came, only to find dozens of arrows flying towards them.

~ Ray! Hide!- Pritam shouted with all his might. Hearing Pritam shouting Ray got his senses back. He quickly hid behind a large rock. Pritam and Joy was hiding behind trees. All the arrows flew past them except a single one. A single arrow was stuck at Ray's left leg.

( Ray's POV)

Currently we are in a vast forest to clear the third floor. As the notification about third floor came out I went in front of Pritam and Joy to check the surroundings. As I took some steps a arrow flew past me. I looked to where it came from. 20? No maybe 30 arrows. Yes, near about 30 arrows are coming at my direction. I tried to move my body but I'm unable to move . I know that if don't move I'll die here but my body is not listening to me. The arrows were getting nearer. ~Ray! Hide!- as I was getting panicked Pritam shouted from back. Hearing his shout my senses came back. I quickly went behind the large rock beside me to hide there. All the arrows went past me except a single arrow which stucked in my thigh.

~ Ahh FUCK!- I cursed out loud because of the pain. I gathered my courage and took the arrow out of my thigh while griting my teeths. Then I took out the health potion from my inventory and gulped it down in a single go.

After Ray took the health potion Pritam sighed in relief and looked towards the area from where the arrows came. Atleast 30 goblins with bow and arrows while other 20 with a knife or a short sword were standing there. Joy looked at Pritam for his approval. Pritam nodded and both of them started running towards them. The 20meters distance was covered within seconds. Upon reaching Pritam started swinging his sword and dead bodies piled up on the ground. But Joy was killing even more goblins than Pritam as he used his skill

[Mana Slash]> A powerful slash covered with mana.

As both Pritam and Joy was busy fighting them, a goblin was aiming his arrow at Joy. But before it could even shoot, another arrow pierced its head. Joy gave Ray a slight nod to say his thanks and went back to killing goblins. Ray saw that and chuckled. He then got up and started loading another arrow in his bow. His leg was still sluggish but it was bearable so he also started killing the goblins.

The 50 goblins died within a few minutes before the golden trio.

[ Congratulations. Goblin Dungeon Third Floor cleared ]

[ Go to the east side of the forest to find the Fourth Floor of the Goblin Dungeon ]

[ NOTICE- The north side of the forest is not related to the Goblin Dungeon. It is the den of goblins. You can avoid it if wished but special rewards will be given upon clearing]

Pritam was surprised by the notice as there was a goblin den in the north, and the real floor was in the east. But the notice said it can be avoided so Pritam decided not to go there.

~ Let's head to the Fourth Floor.( Pritam)

~ Hmm, but only Ray and I will be going there and you will go to the Goblin Den.( Joy)

~ Huh! Why?

~ You are not even using one-fifth of your strength and having you with us means Ray and I won't be doing much work as you can kill them all on your own.(Joy)

~ I also think what Joy said is right, Pritam. You should go there if you're confident enough in killing them.- this time it was Ray voiced who his opinion.

Pritam was silent for a moment. What Joy and Ray said is indeed true as the current kill count is [ •Pritam- 67 •Joy- 31 •Ray- 27] and if he stays with them they won't be able to complete the quest. But leaving his friends here and going solo isn't much of a great choice.

~ Don't feel guilty about it Pritam. It's not that we will die without you.- Joy said reassuring Pritam.

~ Umm..okay. I'll go to the Goblin Den but try not to die behind my back.( Pritam)

Placing his hands on Pritam's shoulder Joy said ~ We won't, so don't worry and go.

After bidding their farewell Pritam headed to the north while Joy and Ray went towards east.

[ 10 minutes later]

Pritam was sitting on a tree branch while counting the goblins in front of him. Atleast 60goblins were gaurding the gate. And those goblins were holding short swords in their hands. He was confident in killing them all but currently he was finding other options to kill without going there. Well Pritam do have an idea but he is not sure if it would work as he is thinking about creating another spell. Every magic spells have 3 different parts. Such as-

• Elements> Mentions the elements used in the spell.

• Process> Mentions the process of the spell and as well as the conditions of the spell.

• Structure> Mentions the structure of the attack.

And if you change any one of those 3 parts, the spell will be changed. But to change those parts one needs to know the magic language ( in which the beginners magic book is written). As for Pritam, he also doesn't know the language but he has figured out the basic things about the spells. Like for [Fire Ball] and [Fire Arrow] the elemental part and process part is same but the structural part is different. And for [Fire Ball] and[Water Ball] the first two parts are different but the structural part is same. Using those things Pritam created his other spells. And Pritam is currently recreating the spell [Earth Wall] with Fire magic. He replaced the first two parts with first two parts of [Fire Arrow] while leaving the structure as it is. There is also another thing Pritam changed in the spell. Pritam used Hydrogen as basic element in place of Oxygen. And if you are curious about how Pritam knows the term hydrogen or oxygen, well he got them from water magic as those two are common elements in water magic and oxygen being common in fire magic. The final changes were-

• [Hydrogen] as basic element

• Process same as [Fire Arrow]

• Structure same as [Earth Wall]

Confirming the three parts for the last time Pritam bought two [Mana Potion]-s and took one of them to fill his mana bar as he was not sure how much his new spell will cost him. After seeing that his mana bar is full Pritam used his newly created spell which will also be the reason he will later be known as [Creater of Spells] and [Master of Miracles].
