Pancreatic Cancer is a Cancer that affects the pancreas.

Life is fragile and pancreatic cancer might be enough to end it.

Ever so often a person is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Anyway, in the village of Yíxiàn lived a boy with the name Suizō.

Suizō was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer when he was 12 years old.

Everyone pitied Suizō because of his condition.

When Suizō turned 13 he started chemotherapy.

Riding his bicycle up the hill, he reached the city hospital at 10:00 am everyday.

Insurance could not cover his treatment so he stopped his chemotherapy midway.

Tired and abandoned he decided to treat himself.

Everyone laughed at him for even thinking about curing himself.

Anyways, Suizō did not give up.

"God never abandons anyone", said Suizō.

"Or maybe he does", thought Suizō when he realised that he was illiterate.

Oppenheimer created a nuclear bomb whose radiation harmed a lot of people.

Dumb creatures like tardigrades are not affected by the radiation, so Suizō wanted to become a tardigrade.

Suizō began studying at the library everyday.

Three years later he made some progress.

Of course it was not great progress but Suizō had managed to teach himself how to read and write!

Relived that he was now no longer illiterate, Suizō was motivated further.

"Yahoo!", Suizō cried out in excitement.
