13 Yu Yu, I was always on your side

Under the moonlight, Amelia calmly stood listening to the vampire's nasty words. She wasn't angry instead there was a mischievous smile on her face. For the first, someone dared to challenge her so blatantly. It was quite exciting. Twirling her hair with her finger, she inquired, "Do you want me to serve you?"

The vampire nodded with a smirk. "Yes," he implied. "You can become my 50th woman. However, if you please me well, then I might treat you like the queen you are."

"How wonderful!" Amelia smiled.

On the other, Jin Yang was quite angry to hear all the nonsense that was coming from the mouth of the vampire. How dare he order Amelia to serve him? Who does he think he is? She was their queen and this stupid vampire was disrespecting her again and again. But, it was not only him who was angry. If someone looked carefully, then they would notice that from the moment this vampire spoke those nasty words, the witch's eyes glowed red. He was angry. He looked at the vampire as if in the next moment he would kill him.

"So, does this mean that you are accepting your defeat?" The vampire asked with a glee and jumped down from the tree.

Amelia nodded.

"L-Lia?"

Amelia raised her hand in the air and made a motion with her finger. It was their secret language, and he immediately understood her signal. With a small smirk, he stood behind her in a ready-to-fight at anytime stance. He looked at the vampire walking towards them calmly.

The vampire stood just on the edge of the invisible box around them and he smirked. "Tsk…. tsk… the great vampire queen doesn't look good when she is trapped in a box," he remarked.

"Then why don't you dispel this spell and make me come out of this cage," she suggested and looked at his face calmly. When he was standing on that tree with that big black clock covering his face, she couldn't see him properly. By now, when he was standing under the moonlight in front of her, she could see him properly. His face was exactly similar to Yu Chen.

The vampire shook his head and laughed. "I can't do that, love otherwise you won't let me become the next vampire king."

"Really?" Amelia arched her brows. "Do you really think that this invisible box can trap me?" she asked rotating the onyx ring in her hand.

"Haha… otherwise?" The vampire snorted as if he had heard the most idiotic thing in his life. "You cannot even come out of there…"

"You sure about that?" she smiled, her curving up into a dangerous arc.

"Of course…." he laughed widely when suddenly, he couldn't continue to do so. "Ahh!!!!!!" he screamed.

Soon, a heart-wrenching pain came out of the mouth of that vampire, his eye wide with fear and horror when he saw Amelia flashing out of the invisible trap, How was that even possible? How could she cross that invisible trap? But, he didn't have any more time to ponder and react to it. His entire being shivered when he felt the power emanating from her. His knees went weak when he saw her red eyes and her fangs that were out. With a smirk, she grabbed his neck roughly and sunk her sharp vampire teeth into his neck.

"Urgh!!!! Ah!!!!!" he groaned when he felt her fingers sinking into his heart and grabbing his dead heart. "No...no," he pleaded her but seeing the evil in her eyes, he knew it was futile. He turned to look back towards the witch that was standing on that tree and begged. "Save me. Do something."

The witch stood silently in the dark and emitted one word. "Stupid! You deserve it!"

The vampire was shocked. Anger flashed through his eyes when he saw the witch rejecting to help him. But, he didn't get any more time to think. He felt her gripping his heart and he was scared. "V-vampire queen, please have mercy on me!" he begged.

"Sure," Amelia smiled and in the next single moment, she pulled his heart out from his body and threw it away. The vampire was stunned and under her devilish gaze, his dead body fell on the ground making a small 'thud' right in front of her feet. He was dead!

"One more puppet down," Amelia whispered to herself as she looked at the dead body in front of her. In a naked second, the vampire's body turned completely white with black veins showing up all over his skin. It was a sign to know that a vampire was dead.

"This guy was also a puppet?" Jin Yang asked as he looked at the vampire's corpse. The moment when Amelia signaled him with her finger, he knew that she had a plan. When he saw her flashing right through that invisible trap, he was stunned. He didn't know how she crossed, but it was awesome.

Amelia nodded and looked at the witch was standing on that tree. "You are powerful," she praised.

"Thank you."

"But you are on the wrong side…." she tsked.

"Yu Yu, I was always on your side," the witch said.

Yu Yu?

Hearing that name, Amelia's mind buzzed. Something flashed across her mind but before she could figure out what it was, it disappeared. This was so unusual. This never happened to her before. What was that? Who is Yu Yu? Why was she feeling a sense of familiarity, a sense of belonging towards that name? Why? Narrowing her eyes, she glared at the witch cautiously. "Who are you calling Yu Yu? My name is Amelia!"

The witch smile. "You will remember everything soon, Yu Yu," he reassured, and in the next moment, muttering a spell he disappeared from their sight.

"Where did he go?" Jin Yang asked as he looked all around them. Just when he was to move, he noticed something was wrong with his body. It was like something was holding him down. Startled, he tried to move but it didn't work. "L-Lia…. I can't move," he revealed.

"I know," Amelia said through gritted teeth. "Because I can't move either," she informed.

"What?"

"It must be that bloody witch," she sneered and tried to move her body but nothing was working. "Where are you? Come out!" she roared, her voice echoing throughout the entire graveyard.

"Don't shout. I am here."
