14 It was and it is always him!

Amelia and Jin Yang looked all around them but they couldn't see any sign of that witch. "Liar," she snorted and tried to move her body but it wasn't working. She realized that it must be that witch's spell because of which they are not able to move.

"You won't be able to move, Yu Yu. Don't struggle," the witch said. He reappeared and stood right in front of Amelia.

Under the moonlight, Amelia looked at him carefully. Now, she could see him properly. He was well, handsome but not in the conventional sense, but he definitely had the appearance that could make him stand out from the crowd. He was fair, almost pale white. His unfathomable, dark brows eyes contained a little hint of red in them which contrasted exceptionally with his light toned face. His eyes were deep and obsessive as he looked at her. They were filled with an emotion that Amelia knew about, but she could never experience them; longing, love, and deep obsession.

His face had that faraway look in them, which was very hard to describe while his smile would reach up to his eyes flaunting his modesty and happiness. For a minuscule second, Amelia could see a hint of pain in his ever sparkling eyes. Startled, she looked at his familiar yet very unfamiliar face.

"We meet again, Yuyu." The witch smiled.

"Who are you?"

"You will not remember me now, but soon…." he trailed off. Looking into her eyes, he smiled and raised his hand to touch her head. But before he could touch her, Amelia moved her head away from him. "Don't touch me!" she snapped.

The witch chuckled. "You haven't changed at all."

"What are you talking about? Who are you? And what do you want from me?" Amelia questioned.

"Yuyu -"

"That's not my name. Don't call me that," she hissed as anger flashed through her dark eyes. She was fuming mad. This anger, this rage was something different than she had ever experienced and it was all directed towards this witch. An unimaginable amount of disgust flashed through her entire being just because of this witch. Why? What was happening with her?

Was this witch doing some black magic on her?

Closing her eyes, Amelia summoned her powers. Her eyes turned, and she looked at the witch. "LEAVE ME!"

The witch smirked and stood rooted in his place.

"SET ME FREE!"

Amelia tried again but the witch didn't move. He was still looking at her with those calm eyes and she was starting to hate every second of it. For the first time in her, Amelia had faced such a situation where she lost her calm.

"Your powers don't affect me, Yuyu," the witch smiled and moved his hand over her beautiful face. "Look below," he whispered in her ear and that's when Amelia looked down and saw the big red chain wrapped around her and Jin Yang's body. This was the thing that was preventing them from moving around.

"W-what is this?" Jin Yang asked with a startled look as he noticed the red chain on and around his body. They were surrounding them like a viper and not letting them move from their position.

Amelia smirked and pulled the red chain around her. "Do you think this can stop me?" she mocked and pulled them once again with a little more force. Immediately, the red chains surrounding her body broke into several small pieces and started to disappear.

The witch frowned deeply when he saw the scene in front of him. How could he forget her real identity? Even before being cursed to become a vampire, she was something greater than this. She was too powerful. Even though she had forgotten all about it, that still doesn't stop her from using those powers. That's how she could come out of the invisible trap and also break these chains bounding her.

He sighed. Even after receiving these brand-new powers, Amelia was still too powerful for him. He needed to act smart and act fast.

With an helpless look, he murmured a spell and immediately another set of big red chains emerged from the ground and bound Amelia back. She gritted her teeth and started to break those chains but no matter how much she did, they would always reappear on and around her body. If she broke one chain, then another ten big chains would emerge out of the ground. It was like a non-stoppable process.

Gritting her teeth, she glared at the witch. "Why are you doing this? What do you want?"

"You!" the witch answered with a smile.

"What?"

"I want you, Yuyu." the witch repeated and gazed deep into her eyes. Whispering a spell, he took out four big different colored crystals and he smiled. He walked towards the frontal-left corner of Amelia, and he stuck the blue crystal there. On the frontal right corner, he stuck a red crystal on the ground.

"Dream on," she scoffed as she observed his actions carefully. "And don't call me that. It's disgusting to hear that name from your mouth," she expressed frankly.

The witch paused in his actions. He walked up to her and pinched her chin. "Why? Why is so disgusting? Why can he call you to so dearly while I cannot?" he snarled. His face darkened with rage and anger and he shouted, "Yuyu, why do you love him? Why can you only see him? Why can't you see my love? It is always him!"

"It was and it is always him!" he said through gritted teeth. "But soon, I will change that. After tonight, everything will happen according to how I want it. Everything will change. I will replace him in your heart." he laughed.

Amelia: "....." What is this jerk talking about?

"Lia, don't you think this person is a little crazy?" Jin Yang whispered from beside her.

"Little is not the correct word to describe him," Amelia sneered as she continued to observe him. The witch took the green crystal and stuck it on the back-right of Jin Yang while he stuck the last remaining orange crystal on the back-left of Amelia. Like this, both Amelia and Jinyang were in the center of a perfect square with four crystals placed in each corner.
