Palace of Reincarnation

To you,

  I was nothing in the begginig. Like a lifeless being who Wonders in this so called reality. But YOU, You made that nothing into something. Without you I would've wondered this painful reality for my whole life.

        If i could go back to that day, The day I made that mistake the mistake that expelled me from my part time job, I would do the same again & again. Because that was what led me to be with you, led me to be happy.

           Under the evening sky where thousands of people return from their Works you were there wearing a highschool uniform Soaking wet at the busstop. But you were just a passerby to me. I was delivering food to a near by customer when you suddenly called out to me. I can remember that day as if yesterday. The DAY I met the person that changed my whole life.

                 " Hey you ! Ca...can yu..you  spare me some food ? I...I lo..lost my wallet today. "

               A soft voice with fright that skipped my heart beat reached my ears. Anyone could tell at a glance that you were lying. I mean how can you be soaking wet when it hasn't even been rained. Obviously you were bullied and they stole your money. But i couldn't care less because that happens to me all the time in my highschool. So i refused without batting an eye and walked along the street. But you suddenly appeared right infront of me with pleading light blue eyes sparkling as stars staring right into mine and long brown hair as silk swaying in the passing breeze.

               I don't know what happend to me when you appeared infront of me and asked for food. The only thing I know is I saw my reflection in your eyes. You were looking at me right straight into my eyes with a look of helplessness. Having nothing to offer instinctively I offerd the food i was delivering.

   We talked & Got to know each other.

" I'm Ritsuko Amane from Katagiri Senior High School class 3-1. You are?

" Oh ... I..I'm Shirou Yuki from Kamiyama High School class 3-2. "

             And from that day on my life felt realistic. I felt like living again. We exchanged numbers, we became friends, we had fun , we had arguments, we worried about each others,  We looked after one another, One thing led to another and eventually we became lovers. 3 years have passed. We worked hard and got selected to the same university. The last 3 years was the happiest days of my life.

        But I still wonder what would've happened if we never had that argument. Would we have lived happily ever after like in a fairy tale if we never had that argument. If I never let your hand go...

       It has been 6 days since I lost you. I'm still on my hospital bed writing this letter to you.

    There was before you and there was during you but for some reason I never thought that there would be an after you. But here it is a reality without you. I wonder, somewhere in the the multiverse would we have had a happy ending.

          I,m reaching my limit. I asked the hospital to deliver this letter to your grave. I will end my first and my last letter with this last phrase...

       Amane thank you for everything. I Didn't regreted being with you a single day. I will always love you for eternity and I will be joining you soon wait for me my love.

     As the light dissappear from Yukis' eyes a new light appeared The light that will change everything.

          " Huh... where am I. Didn't I just died? "

" Welcome ! Dear traveller. You're now at the Palace of reincarnation. This is where all the souls that loses their vessels gather. "

     A lovely voice reached Yukis' ears. When he looked at the direction that the voice was coming from he saw a women with blonde hair and  silver eyes. She was dressed in all white. Confused by her words Yuki asked her some questions.

          " Souls. vessels. What are you talking about? Didn't I just died? And who are you?"

  " Oh my ! So many questions at once. Don't worry I'll answer them all. That's what I'm here for. To put it simple you've just lose your vessel due to severe injuries. In other words you just died. And this is the Palace of reincarnation where all the souls that loses there vessel gather. And I'm a Guide. My name is Argath Saleva.

       " Are you a goddess? "

    " No I'm not. I'm a servant of gods and I'm here to explain everything to you and reincarnate you to a new world.

        " Then that means amane might be here too. Mrs.Saleva, please! you have to help me find her. Please! I want to find amane. If this is where the souls gather then she might be here too. "

   " Hold your horses plaese. Only the souls that loses there vessels during the last 3 days are gathered here and Souls before that have been already reincarnated. So when did this Amane died?

       Yuki's eyes became wet and tears dropped from corner of his eyes. He cried and cried for a half a hour because he knew he was already too late but he didn't want to lose hope.

        " Sh..she died six days ago. I..is there any way I can find her? Please tell me. I beg of you. "

            Saleva felt pity for the boy because she could tell at a glance from the way he cried that the boy had lost something so precious to him. After making her decision she told him a myth that has been passed down for generations in argath family.

   The fire of hope lit inside Yuki. But soon it went off.

        Seeing Yuki lose all hopes again Saleva decided to come clean.

A place where you won't age. But no-one in the history have ever escaped a time rift. But there is one way to escape And that is by finding a crack in that time rift. If there is a way to enter the time rift then there must be ways to escape it too right? "
