1 Sirius Talk Between a Man and Giant.

On a dark road in Godric's Hollow, in front of a partially blown up and damaged house, a man and a certain half-giant were in an argument.

"Give him here Hagrid!", Sirius black yelled, his voice filled with venom. Hagrid clutched the tiny and swaddled baby Harry closer to his chest. Briefly glancing down to make sure he wasn't holding the boy to tightly.

"No, Dumbledore specifically said that I need to bring Harry to him, you 'ave got no say in tha matter!" spoke Hagrid harshly. Sirius now glaring at Hagrid, slowly put his arms behind his back and gripped the wand in his sleeve.

"But he is my blasted godson! Now that his parents are gone I am all that he has left, and I will be confounded if I let that manipulative swine take him away after his poor judgment of character on that rat!" Sirius roared with a dark menacing gleam in his eyes. Whipping his wand out, he shouts "Petrificus Totalus!" stunning Hagrid as the great tall giant becomes as stiff as a bored starting to fall backward. Chanting quickly again, "Wingardium leviosa!" Sirius quickly levitates his godson to him, before casting the stupify stunning spell several times at Hagrid before hurrying to his motorcycle.

"It didn't have to be this way... you used to be so close to me and James, but would rather put your trust in a man who manipulates everything and everyone around him for the 'greater good' instead of the good for the individual... I will be damned if I let my best mates son gets stuffed onto a muggle house that detests magic and their own blood." Sirius mutters as he places Harry into the side care before starting to fly away. "I will speak to Dumbledore, but only after this fuck up is squared away, and after and I seriously mean only after! Lily and James funeral... goodbye Hagrid."

As Sirius flies off, from within the shadows a certain greasy long black haired man, with reddened eyes and dried tears on his face, starts walking over to the paralyzed half-giant. Chanting the counter-spells, Hagrid quickly is able to sit up before recognizing Severus Snape, a known death eater. "Whot in the blazes do you want you slimy filth!?" the enraged half-giant bellows.

"Nothing that concerns you, but as much as I detest that ignorant buffoon; in all terms of legality he is entirely right, you have no right to take Lily's son to your asinine master" sneers Snape. After saying his piece, Dumbledore and a few other Order of the Phoenix members apparate onto the road.

"You were too late, the Dark Lord already is gone, to the same place he sent the Potters, save for their son. Sirius Black was here moments ago, the two just left."

"Dumbledore, why ain't we going after Sirius? He is the traitor to the Potters! The last thing the boy needs is to be kept by his family's betrayers!" Hagrid shouts.

"Hagrid, it appears that there is more to this matter than meets the eye, should he have wanted Lily or James, or even Harry dead then it would be so, as he is many times a more capable duelist than either parent" Looking sternly at Hagrid, "I would caution against rash action, as in this case if he is a death eater he does have the boy. As such, Severus regardless of your disagreements with him I need you to track him down and confront him".

"Oh why should I? You apparently are so adverse to my advice, why should I help you after-..." Snape shouts before getting interrupted.

Dumbledore softly asks, "Then the boy's parents are dead then?"

Narrowing his eyes and with clenched teeth Snape replies, "Yes, you confounded idiot, as it seems that's all you care about. Had we simply done as I suggested and simply hid them in Hogwarts, none of this would have happened." Glaring, Snape keeps his fists clenched, to avoid grabbing his wand and attacking the man in front of him for all he is worth.

"Then I failed you... And what has happened to Tom?" the old wizard asks quietly.

"The Dark Lord is no more... for now at least." Snape replies through gritted teeth.

Then at least there is a bright light in this matter after all. Lets go make sure this war will finally end. Come Hagrid, and you as well Severus. There us much to discuss and learn from this..." the old man says turning and preparing to apparate.

"There is also no need for me to waste my breath talking to Black, He is not a Death Eator, nor a supporter of the Dark Lord. I suggest you try yo speak to Him on your own instead of trying to hand off your responsibility, as this is after all the reason the Potters were found out." Snape hisses with his voice filled with venom.

"Hmmm... in that case I will speak to Sirius after he cools down, as he has always been a bit too hot-headed than is good for him, it may be as you say... not to mention if he is innocent he can show in through legilimency" Dumbledore mutters as he turns and apparates away...
