1 Prologue

She sat on the edge of a tall skyscraper, the wind whirled around her, making her hair dance. The city below her feet was alive, up there people couldn't be seen as nothing but mere tiny ants just crawling and wandering aimlessly around the world.

Sky was dark, fog already started to form as her arms tiredly forced herself in a laying position. Her index finger was softly bending back and forth from the trigger of a sniper rifle sitting in front of her. Through the small scope attached on top of the rifle she watched her victim stepping out of a car. A smirk on her lips widened seeing the person anxiously looking around them. Her left eye closed shut and her finger bent to press the killer button, clock striking 6 in the morning the moment the victim's body hit the ground and the city halted in shock at the unexpected event that occurred in front of their eyes.

Her head lifted slowly and her perspective changed to a one about 10x broader. The rifle found place on her shoulder blade, as she stood up. One last look at the ground below her did it and she jumped. A figure danced in the morning sun that just rose above the concrete jungle around her, dawn's sun beams falling on the face of a murderer, spreading redness all across the surrounding buildings. A different kind of redness was spreading on the ground causing a scene before the national gallery. A scene big enough for nobody to notice a figure disappearing in a dark alleyway across the street, hiding in shadows waiting for the next opportunity to take her rifle out for a walk.

A figure preparing her lipstick for a visit to a hospital later.
