CH13 Unklair Wulphir, Infernal Werewolf

Alodar stopped moving forward. Starring at Unklair Alodar cursed himself.

'Dang it! I can't leave now!' The bandits Alodar was running from just a few minutes appeared behind him. They raised their bows and drew their swords.

"Hold your positions," Unklair ordered the bandits hold in his fist up. "I'll deal with this sneaky brat." Unklair's smile twisted evilly.

{This will be a hard fight! Check his status! Now!}

'How do you know of my-' Alodar started but was interrupted by loud shouting.

{Just do it! I know what I'm doing!}

'Fine,' Alodar reluctantly replied, but he still complied. Looking at Unklair's status Alodar was surprised at his discoveries.

'How am I suppose to beat that?' Alodar was ticked off at Temporal's remark of 'this will be a hard fight!' He felt cheated and despair creeped up on him. 'Even if I do manage to defeat Unklair, will I even be able to dodge all the bandits arrows? And what in hell is a infernal werewolf?!'

{An infernal werewolf is a branched race that stems from the hellember wolfs that guard hell's gates! They have a very powerful hellfire that can practically melt anything! They do have a weakness however; it's there low mana and stamina! They're also mostly summoned werewolves from hell! I hope I have helped serve!}

'You sound like an old veteran sending a junior off to die in war; try to be more encouraging! Anyway how am I suppose to win?'

{Simple! Use your talent points!}

'Oh yeah! How do you- actually, I don't care anymore. Thanks I guess.'

{Glad to help!}

'Neowalt, show my status.'

How should I distribute my stats? Any ideas Temporal? Hurry!'

{Um! Put ten into time magic, one into three into mana and five into stamina! I'm going to teach you a spell to fight against Unklair!}

Alodar did as he said and a painful wave washed over his back. His back was drenched in sweat.

Unklair who had been standing still for some time was just watching as Alodar seemed to have an inner conflict; his face changing from anger to confusion to eagerness.

'Is this brat mentally unstable?'

Meanwhile, when Alodar regained control of his body after the short paralysis, he got a notification from Neowalt.

[Host has been recognized by Unklair Wulphir as mentally unstable]

'What?!' Alodar looked up fuming at Unklair. But before he could lash out, Temporal was back to explain the new spell to Alodar.

{Slow down young man! I have the new spell ready for you! This spell is called 'Everlasting Shackle' and I chose it because summoned monsters or beings are weak against contracts, seals, and chaos magic! This spell falls into seals and it will give you enough time to slice it with Timeless!}

'How much mana does it require?'

{It doesn't require a set digit! Instead it relies on how much is given; the more is given the longer it lasts! In this case twenty mana points is enough to stab him with Timeless!}

'Ok, let's do this!' Alodar looked up with determination and walked slowly towards Unklair.

{Don't let him transform! It allows him to solicit his presence in this realm!}

'Don't know what that means, but okay.'

Unklair looked at Alodar a little annoyed and a little confused. He started rushing in Alodar's direction.

Unklair's face started elongating and his back arched. Black fur tinged with fire was growing out of his back. His feet left burnt imprints in the dirt. His vibrant green eyes became a more sinister red.

Before his entire transformation was complete Alodar shouted two words Unklair never wanted to hear.

"Everlasting Shackle!" Green chains arose from Alodar's location and rushed to where Unklair stood; frozen in fear.

When the shackles reached Unklair, only then did he react; thrashing wildly and clawing in any which way trying to escape his impending doom.

"No!" Unklair shout was drowned out by the clanking off chains and banging of the ceiling with the shackles.

Eventually, Unklair stopped moving all together, only staring hatefully at Alodar.

Alodar walked up to the werewolf. With the grace of a panther, Alodar had struck Unklair in his heart.

Unklair started to screech and flail about. He no longer cared of surviving another day; he was more worried about the rejection of a whole realm that he was feeling.

{Alodar... never travel to another realm and get injured by time magic that can alter time. If you do, the realm will realize your intrusion. The full brunt force of the realm will smother you in insanity; leaving not even a piece of your soul left. If your soul dies, say goodbye to reincarnating; that was your last lifeline. Just promise me you'll never leave a to another realm without proper preparation?}

For the first time, the old man was somber and melodramatic.

'Okay... I promise.' The scene of watching Unklair disappear permanently was not a hit with the bandits. They looked away, giving Alodar enough time to dart for the exit once more.

The sun and gentle breeze of the forest assaulted him as he exited the base.

Although Alodar was happy to be outside once more, he did not have the time to play around. He dashed into the forest, hiding in any bush he could find on the way to Zane and Collin.

When he reached his destination he realized there were not as many people.

Everyone was still cheery so no one died, probably. The only other option was that the other half left.

Alodar walked into the camp and a man in his forties with dark brown hair and amber eyes walked up to Alodar.

"Hello, I'm Walter my prince. If your looking for Zane, he went on a scouting mission closer to the hideout.

Are you okay you look exhausted?"

"We've got to leave! They know we're here!"
