142 The Infinite Second Realm.

Before he had left, Lie Wei Ying had talked to the Grim Reaper… He had asked him to go visit the first realm if everything seemed fine with his parents.

After roughly two days standing on guard around the mansion of Lie Wei Ying's mother and father, the Saint Immortals had left leaving only the Talisman Lords behind and the Inferno Swords.

It had been an eventful few days, and occasionally the inferno sword would tussle with a saint immortal by using his core to defy his limitations.

He'd grown tired from battling, but then, they had left as if called by the light flashing in the sky.

The Talisman Lords remained but the Grim Reaper saw this as a good time to complete his mission. After all, Lie Wei Ying demanded he see Yu Yan as soon as his family was safe and sound. He talked with the inferno for a while as its corporeal form hung on to guard the house. When he thought about it, compared to these swords, he was nothing more than a chicken that somehow kept his head in the battle with the saints.

He felt a light shine on him before he was sent beaming up into the second realm.

In a few minutes he arrived in the second realm

The sky was endless and boundless as was the world he spawned in, which was the second realm's base for his current location.

Even though he wasn't in the Monarch Knight Worlds, using his ability as a death god he was able to puff and appear in front of the Immoral Sect.

It was an amazingly beautiful Sect, and the Immoral sect members were all in front of the giant monolith meant to worship Lie Wei Ying. Frankly, it was really hard to explain this, but when the grim reaper arrived the monolith instantly glowed.

"…Ah… I wasn't expecting a visitor" It said projecting its will. "Can I ask what you are doing here?"

The monolith was really ancient and carried the soul of someone extremely important to Lie Wei Ying. It was in fact this protector of Yu Yan, this gigantic rock, that she remained safe in the second realm.

To the people in the sect, it was known as the will of god! However, to him, it the grim reaper, it was nothing more than a shining rock in his way of reaching Yu Yan,

"I am here on a mission for the great Lie Wei Ying!" The Grim Reaper said… As he said this, all the people around him, including the men fighting dropped to their knees on the grass.

"Ah…! You know the great master! What—"

The gigantic monolith glowed and a rather familiar body appeared out of it. Like a hologram someone who looked exactly like Lie Wei Ying walked on the grass in front of the Immoral Sect.

"Well… I am the future version of Lie Wei Ying, and I remember you trying to kill my dad before I killed you… How exactly are you here for me?"

The Grim reaper immediately dropped to his knees. "I'm sorry… I don't, and can't explain myself to you… In fact, I would do anything you asked even if it was end my small and meager life…"

The history between the past and the future was different. So, it was to be expected that certain things didn't align. When this Lie Wei Ying had seen his future self nearly two years ago, when he was sixteen years younger… A new path such as this caused both of the two to have a tough time comprehending it.

They spent a few minutes talking about all the things that Lie Wei Ying had gone through, and the future Lie Wei Ying smiled hearing that his advice about Westernia was in fact on point. He'd heard about the game system many years ago, and was happy it in fact increased his strength as much as he hoped.

They concluded this conversation with the Grim Reaper telling his future master about the current obstacle Lie Wei Ying was facing, and he nodded his head before pointing him into the room.

"Well, just make sure you tell Yu Yan what you told me, and I'm sure she'll understand why she had to wait."

The Grim reaper nodded his head and was guided to the lobby where Yu Yan was currently sitting down at eating breakfast by the terrace. On her table was some tea and a few pieces of biscuits for her to eat. She finished them thoroughly a few minutes ago, and now was day dreaming over an empty plate.

The Grim Reaper sat down in front of her and that's where they had their talk (This talk is at the end of book 1 on amazon…. But basically he talks to her about Lie Wei Ying's arrival and gives her a ring…)

She obviously said yes to Lie Wei Ying's question, of course she'd marry him!

"So… when is he going to arrive?" Yu Yan asked as the Grim Reaper shrugged his shoulders.

"It could be ten years, but he's in a situation now where it might be sooner. In fact, when he shows up…"

Yu Yan still with the cup of tea in her hand felt a numbing sensation spread through her body. "Uhm, I don't feel so good,"

She put down the cup of tea and smiled at the grim reaper.

"I'm sorry… can you give me one moment?"

In her entire time here, she'd always felt good, but now she felt bad. It was like her entire fantasy of the future Lie Wei Ying protecting her was coming to an end. However, as this was occurring the monolith on the front yard of the immoral sect was shining with a bright light.

"Grim! Get the young Lie Wei Ying now!"

Lie Wei Ying arrived in the second realm only a few hours after the grim reaper did.

He still felt his lips soft with the touch of the beautiful three maidens that he'd spent his entire child hood with.

It was weird, even though it was only fifteen days, it felt like he'd known them for fifteen years. Perhaps since he'd grown at 108,000 times the normal pace, it was worth noting that the girls deserved to be in his head.

However, his true love was his first love, and it was the girl who spent twenty minutes with him in the cloud café.

Now, though, he was actually here to find Yu Yan, and seeing as how the Grim Reaper wasn't in mother, he left his parents behind to go fulfill his longest desire, which was to make sure Yu Yan was okay. He had seen her in the dream, but with the name the immoral sect whispered into his ears, it caused him to worry. What kind of person would name a sect the immoral sect?

He, however, found himself floating in the sky of the second realms vast expanse. It was called the infinite mainland by all who partook in the second realm journey. Where space was on the first realm, a sky would be in the second realm. However, above he saw the sun leading towards the third realm.

"Master… quickly… come with me!" The grim reaper appeared seemingly out of no where and grabbed Lie Wei Ying's hand. "It's really bad, and you must come quickly!"

Lie Wei Ying, obviously, believed this to be the grim reaper, and immediately accepted this to be the case.

"Grim… tell me what's going on, though… has something happened?"

The Grim Reaper sighed before he wondered what to say. Should he tell her that his future wife was under attack, or should she tell him about how his future self is trying to protect her?

"You'll understand when we arrive, but please activate way point here so you can flee quickly…"

"Okay, but—"

"We got to go master… its really bad…"

Lie Wei Ying nodded his head, set a way point, and then they traversed the quadrillions of miles between them and the Immoral Sect Headquarters.
