149 The Honey Moon, Part 2.

For three weeks, Yu Yan and Lie Wei Ying did what husband and wife do best.

They partook in completing their vows in the bungalow and Yu Yan was as beautiful as he could've imagined.

However, now he had to figure out what to do with himself. With the honey moon over, he now had the dragons to protect the sect, and he also had the support of the Immoral Sects members.

He could only look at Yu Yan as they sat at the breakfast table. She was in her bathrobe and she could tell what he wanted to say. During their few weeks together they'd spent a lot of time talking. One of the things they talked about was him going to get stronger.

She, obviously, could only feel her tummy and smile. When they first did that thing, she had already felt odd after the first night, but she didn't have the heart to tell him she was with his child.

Not with that face, the one staring up at the five moons in Omega, that seemed to be worried about Fate.

"Honey, I had such a good time with you… and if you really want to go check out that world its fine…"

There was a world called Gamma on the outer ring of the Sector they were in, and it supposedly housed a System Port. The Gaming system was an example of such a System, and yet Lie Wei Ying looked doubtful.

"But.. what if something happens to you… I can't stand to lose you again," Lie Wei Ying said this as Yu Yan smiled.

"Silly, if something bad was happening you could just travel here… Besides, I think Ming Su made a communicator in that lab of hers. Why don't you grab one and go explore. After all, I can't keep you cooped up here forever."

This was one of the hardest part of becoming Dao Companions, another way of saying husband and wife. Often times, couples like these would have to spend time apart training and wouldn't be able to meet for quite some time.

If there was a word to explain how Lie Wei Ying felt right now, it would be satisfied actually. It scared him, and he was ready to leave and head to other planets. When you were so happy, it sometimes could quell your desire for power.

"Alright, I'll go, but only if you promise to let me meet you every few nights…"

Yu Yan blushed and then leaned in and gave him a kiss.

"It's a promise…"

Lie Wei Ying arrived in front of Ming Su and grabbed the communicator from her hand.

She had explained it to him somewhat quickly, and it was easy for him to understand. For some reason, this reminded him of what a cellphone was like. Except it was carved out of jade, and had no screen.

"Just… just push down on the button and you should be able to contact me…"

She made it using some of the technology she learned about from her lab on Earth. It was simply just a simplified cellphone and it wasn't hard for her to program. The hardest part was figuring out how to turn Qi into an energy source.

After a few weeks, she had a working model, and Lie Wei Ying pushed down the button.

"Testing… Testing… Testing…"

A buzzing sound came from the device Ming Su was holding, and she nodded her head.

"Yup… it works… Happy to help!"

Ming Su a few weeks ago jokingly asked Lie Wei Ying to talk to her at night. When they did talk, she couldn't find the courage to tell her she was Della. After all, it would be weird being a girl who followed someone across an entire series of universes. Yet now he had a ring on his finger, and her stomach burned looking at it.

"Well… take care of Yu Yan for me okay. Also, as the administrator please feel free to use all the spirit stones you need. This equipment is beyond cool, and I can't wait to see what else you make!"

The lab was full of cool trinkets that Ming Su had spent quite a lot of time working on in her weeks here. She was even working on an AI component for a suit that she could wear. It was meant to help complete her system, but she was nonetheless just this sect's scientist.

If she wanted to be with Lie Wei Ying, she'd probably need to actually tell him.

"Well… I'll do my best! But make sure to bring me back a present!" She imagined he wouldn't say yes, but then he shook his head.

"I'll be back here in a few weeks to a year… Hope you stop hiding that secret from me when I return."

It wasn't a secret to Lie Wei Ying that Ming Su had been wanting to tell him something. Every time she was around him, she would start saying something and then pause. In fact, she did this all the time! She was even doing it right now.

"…Right… Well… Have a good trip…"

Lie Wei Ying could only nod his head and walk off out of the Sect.

Once he got outside, he noticed the blue sky was staring down at him seemingly challenging him.

Just by himself, he shot off towards Lambda. That was where the system port was most likely located.
