17 The Girl With The Chicken Bone Arm.

Lie Wei Ying sighed as he looked at the girls behind him.

"Uhm, girls, I'm going to go stall for some time. You'll are going to have to leave immediately. Apparently Little God built this place in the Desert of Death."

The Desert of Death was a place where some of the strongest immortals congregated. There was perhaps 200 immortals on this planet, Mother, however, about 100 of them were in the Desert of Death. It was a restricted area with lots of treasures. Yet, it was extremely unwise for anyone below the earth god stage to be here.

Feng Mian was extremely worried and she still had her arms around Lie Wei Ying's neck.

"I'm not leaving you hero! Please, don't go!"

Lie Wei Ying put his small hand on her bigger hand before he started taking off in the sky.

"The girls who are in the emperor stage here. I'm trusting you to get these weaker girls out of the desert of death. However, I expect to see all of you safe sometime in the future. Do you understand what I'm saying?

Wang Shu, who was still behind him, smiled. "We promise."

She understood that Lie Wei Ying must have heard some pretty grim stories about this place. Also, it was called the Desert of Death. So, of course they'd do what he said.

Lie Wei Ying looked back and smiled as Feng Mian and the other foundation stage girls were pulled away. They held out their hands trying to reach for him. However, it was an insurmountable gap of power. In just a few seconds the thousands of girls took off into the air as Lie Wei Ying flew up towards the sky.

However, when he got up into the air, he was immediately shocked by the message the system gave him.

"You encountered the Great Horandia, Rank Immortal."

Lie Wei Ying gulped.

The desert of Death was one of the few places his mom always told him not to go to. In this world, there was two restricted zones that had clear walls banning entry. This was one of them in the west called the Desert of Death. The other restricted zone was where the three great sects set up their headquarters. It was known as the Heavenly Expanse lands. And again, unless you were a peak Earth God, it was not recommended to insult either of these forces.

Regardless, Lie Wei Ying was here now, and this monster was technically only five ranks above him. For the girls, he would at least try to hold him off for a second.

"So, Horandia, you finally heard my call," A girl named Yu Yan said.

She had been planning this day for months and was extremely surprised by Lie Wei Ying showing up.

"Uhm, you might want to back away." She said as she floated in front of Horandia.

Lie Wei Ying was extremely confused. However, once again he felt like he'd encountered another system. It was because of the warning message, so it was obvious that there was a system around here.

"Warning, System at extremely proximity. Take extreme caution."

Lie Wei Ying was confused. However, then the little girl next to him seemed to transform into a beautiful lady. Her body, which seemed like it was just four a few seconds ago, extended into the air. Next, a sweet smell seemed to waft off her body.

She was the holder of one of the middle grade systems named Eat me and I'll kill you. However, Lie Wei Ying didn't realize this at the time. He found it extremely odd that her arm seemed to transform into a chicken bone. What was even weirder was that she was flying right at the immortal ranked Horandia.

"Hmmm, so you dare challenge me chicken girl. However, I hope you realize I will not be kind to you," The Great Horandia was standing at over two thousand feet fall, and seemed like an extremely tall building about to face off with a female chicken girl.

Yet, before Lie Wei Ying could do anything, he heard a voice commanding him to join the battle.

"The system has offered you a tremendous reward if you can save his sister Eat me and I'll Kill You. He will grant you a special item that seems to transcend space. He also says please!"

Lie Wei Ying shook his head. He was here to protect the girls leaving not save the system's sister. In fact, she was a system! Was it even possible for her to die? He couldn't see how such a thing would be possible? From what he understood, they were nigh indestructible because of their illusive forms. However, he could tell by the constant reward messages that the system really wanted him to join the battle.

"The system will give you one pill called the boy to man pill if you join the battle for free! It will be a huge loss for the system!"

Lie Wei Ying turned around to make sure Feng Mian and the other girls were already safely off into the distance.

At this time, he was watching the girl with the system try and battle the Great Horandia. Unfortunately, she looked stronger than him and he was fighting her with just his finger. It seemed like suicide. However, there had to be something he would be able to do!

"You sick man," Yu Yan screamed, "You dared trick my friend just so you could eat her!"

Tears flickered down Yu Yan's eyes as she summoned all her power into her chicken arm while behind her back she drew a small blade.

What happened to her friend was extremely hard to hear about and was something she didn't want to recall.

Where she grew up, just north of here, there was a small academy where only girls went to cultivate after regular school was finished. It was an after school cultivation program, and she made all the best friends there. One of them who she thought was almost as pretty as she was fell in love with some guy on the year before graduation, and said she was going to go to the west with him.

Apparently, this man spoiled her silly, and was always generous when inacting love. However, he wanted her to go on a trip and experience the world. Every day Yu Yan read about it in letters, it seemed like a dream come true.

However, then she received a letter with her blood covered on it. All it said was don't come look for me.

A few years later she found that man and killed him brutally as his new girlfriend watched. He was something called a demon mule, and he looked for pretty girls for his master to eat. The Great Horandia apparently hired him for this. She wanted to kill him a billion times, and even found a system. Yet, he was so much stronger then she imagined.

[All good things come to the end!] Lie Wei Ying screamed.

His Dao of Death fused with the attack as the Great Horandia sighed. He lifted up his hand as a comparably small dragon of the Dao of Death burned the air heading towards him.

"Boom x 57"

Lie Wei Ying waited for the smoke to clear, however, a second later he saw the Great Horandia once again returning to his battle with Yu Yan.

"I'm sorry, but I only fight one person at a time," The Great Horandia said, "I'll kill you after I eat this delicious girl!"

The Great Horandia wasn't a bad demon beast per say. He had a lot of values just like any demon beast would have. He payed the men who captured the girls for him a fair pay, and he just followed what most other demons did. It was there job to get delicacies for themselves, and no one was going to help him get pretty humans if he didn't pay them well. Yet, this girl seemed especially delicious. He liked playing with his food.

Yu Yan kept battling as the Great Horandia laughed. Lie Wei Ying, at this time, was extremely upset. His eyes were glowing black as the OP system started doing what it did best. It provided that key to his potential.

"Congratulations, your Dao of Life and Death has reached 3% mastery."

"Congratulations, your Dao of Death has reached 10% mastery."

In just the few seconds since his last attack, Lie Wei Ying already felt his strength has grown by 20%. He looked at the Great Horandia before he flexed his muscles, and prepared to attack.

[All good things come to the end, the Second Stance!]

Lie Wei Ying made up a new move on the spot called the Second Stance of all Good things come to the end. It was probably going to be the only time he was going to use this move because he was a little bit light headed at the moment from all the power flowing into him.

The Great Horandia turned to look at the attack with surprise on his face. It intimidated him enough to cause him to use both hands to block it.

Yu Yan at the same time smiled down as she looked at the boy trying to aid her. He was much stronger than she thought he would be.

The Great Horandia opened his mouth as he yelled. [Shield of Grandiosity]!

Lie Wei Ying huffed and puffed before his arms drooped down to his side. He put everything into that attack and hoped the girl would take the hint and get out of here.

However, a second later, he couldn't believe his eyes.

The crazy girl flew into the Great Horandias mouth.

"Boom!"
