12 Please, Kind Wolf Dad, Don't die.

"Are you okay, little one," Lie Wei Ying said as he bent down.

The girl, who had some tears in her eyes, smiled as she looked up at him. "Uhm, yes, however what happened to my father?"

Lie Wei Ying bent back up realizing the girl was his height. Sometimes, being powerful made you feel tall. Yet, he realized he was looking at a bonified three-year old. Not a reincarnated three-year-old like him.

"Uhm, what was your father by any chance? Was he a man with a wolf face on?"

The girl nodded her head before she stood up. "Yes, he snuck me out of the young girl's camp when I was only two years old," She smiled at him.

Lie Wei Ying, suddenly, felt extremely guilty. "Hahaha, well, perhaps he's in a better place?" Lie Wei Ying smiled as he tried to hide the guilt in his voice. However, a second later he turned around as the girl pointed.

"What are you talking about? That's my dad right there!"

The girl hopped up towards her dad and latched onto him. He was standing by the doorway and laughed as the girl wiggled against his furry head.

Lie Wei Ying sighed as he stopped gripping his daggers so tightly.

He obviously wasn't going to kill a dad in front of her daughter. If he was going to kill him, it would be when his daughter wasn't looking. However, this man didn't give an evil vibe. Instead, it was more of a loving aura mixed with a tiny bit of sadness.

"Ha, so you must be the boy I was supposed to kill," the wolfman said as he hugged his daughter. He was a good wolfman for the most part named Lee Xu.

He was at the top of the new wolfman recruits and trained under the guidance of their powerful boss. However, one day he saw a girl in the young girl camp and snuck away with her. For some reason, after a year, he had gotten away with it.

However, when it was time for him to battle, he couldn't summon the courage to leave her. Instead, he ended up faking an injury as he watched his fellow wolf brothers leave.

Lie Wei Ying nodded his head. "I most likely was that boy. However, you don't seem like the type of guy I should kill either," He smiled as he walked into the hallway. "It's nice to know there is nice wolfmen in this world. To be honest, I didn't even think we had any creatures like that?"

In Lie Wei Ying's world, usually you'd run into demon beasts, or magic beasts when you ventured into the forests or mountains. It was a rule that the people would stay in their claimed territories, and not mess with the demon's lands. It was such a huge world, after all, that space wasn't an issue. So, the skirmishes were usually minor over land. The people died for other reasons. For instance, if one of the demons was hungry, they'd eat humans.

However, this monster looked like he had human eyes, so it was kind of confusing.

"Ha, you must be thinking I'm a demon beast or something. However, I was once just a regular guy like you before I met our boss. He came up to me one day when I was poor and promised me a place to live if I pledged my undying loyalty to him."

Lie Wie Ying nodded as the little girl climbed onto her fathers back. "You see, little boy, we're all not as strong as you are. Some of us say yes to strange people and end up in strange places. I was just a teenager when he offered me a choice."

The man he was talking about was known as Little God to all of the people in Monster City. No one quite knew why he liked that name. He was an adult with greyish hair, so there had to be a reason. Regardless, he had this uncanny gift of turning men into monsters. Lee Xu couldn't even cultivate before he entered the camp. However, with a touch from little gods hands, he turned into this interesting creature.

"So, what exactly did he tell you?"

"Ha, he told me that if I want to live a long time, and not starve to death, I should follow him So, like any poor child would do I followed. However, then I realized how strange that man was, and how horrible he was to the women here. You won't even believe what he makes them do sometimes, it's purely horrible!"

Lie Wei Ying scratched his head confusedly. "Uhm, I did find it strange that the women just started walking off. What was that about?"

The wolf dropped the little girl off his shoulders. "I'm not sure I want to tell you around the kid. However, why don't I walk you to the exit. All I ask is that you knock me out when we get there. Deal?"

"But dad! Youu cann't," The girl said. Her named was Ai Jun, and she didn't want her dad to die!

"Honey, if he doesn't knock me out little god will kill me."

The girl looked up at her dad. She thought being knocked out was the same as dying. She was an extremely naïve three-year-old, which was how they were supposed to be. Lie Wei Ying, however, was reincarnated and was quite gifted for his age considering.

"Uhm, so getting knocked out isn't dying?"

Lie Wei Ying laughed before he pat her on the head. "Relax, your dad is a good wolf. I wouldn't kill him unless he tried something funny."

The girl nodded like she understood the entire world now! However, before she Lie Wei Ying could walk off she jumped onto his back and hugged tightly. "Ha, I knew you were the hero the second I saw you." She merrily pranced over towards the bed and hopped down into the mattress. There was an entire space in that mattress just for her. It was how she was never found after a year of being taken.

"Well, if we don't get out of here now, one of the other troops is going to find us," Lee Xu said, "Also, I got some things I can tell you about this place. Since we're underground it shouldn't be a problem."

Lie Wei Ying was wondering why all those monsters died down here from just his normal attacks. However, he couldn't find the words to describe it, but he tried anyway.

"So, why was I able to kill the counts underground," Lie Wei Ying asked as they traveled down a new pathway. The both flew quickly down the marble dungeon roads towards a set of ten flames that were lit on the wall. It only took them a minute, and the entire time the wolf had his finger over his large blackish nose, shhh he meant.

"I'll tell you right now. However, you must hit me the second the last word comes out of my mouth! It's hard to explain, but make sure you hit me hard enough to knock me out."

Lie Wei Ying gulped. Most of the things he hit died. However, if he didn't hit the man hard enough, he wouldn't be knocked out, and then something would happen that the man couldn't tell him for whatever reason. This was extremely annoying to try and think about, so he just nodded as Qi manifested around his hand.

"It's because little god's network stops 20 feet below the surface…"

"Boom!"

Lie Wei Ying's hand slammed into the jaws of the extremely shocked wolfman. It was so much faster than he expected, and he bulleted into the wall as his eyes spiraled along with his quaking body.

"Please don't die," Lie Wei Ying gulped.

He looked at the torches on the wall and realized he forgot to ask what he was doing here.
