134 Detective M.

Lie Wei Ying ran forward into the mall and wielded his gun.

The mall was three hundred stories, and it was by far the biggest mall he'd ever seen. On the walls were cameras, and the cops were already behind him. He was somewhat peeved by this whole situation and looked at his map hoping the girls labeled it in the beginning.

As he ran and looked at the girl's clever cartography, he noticed they made a noticeable exception on the map for the mall. In fact, the city was over a thousand miles and they left only one area in black… that was this skyscraper store front, and he had no choice but to hide behind a dumpster as silhouettes clink and clacked on the girl's feet.

"Hmph, he has to be around here somewhere! Get him!"

The girls were bounty hunters and were above the law in some sense! They occasionally shot people if they didn't know where Lie Wei Ying was, and Opera had a tendency to shoot everyone! After three hundred people didn't know where Lie Wei Ying was, she ran out of people to shoot. With a peeved expression she met with her two sisters, and they went to buy more coffee.

Lie Wei Ying was huffing and puffing behind the smelly receptacle that they put the dead bodies in on the way to the food court. He couldn't help but compliment Charisma on the full immersion, but soon found the smell repulsive and soon visited a hat shop and put a hat over his head.

His star level was now getting close to less then five stars, so he shot a man in the bathroom after he took a pitstop to wash his hands. Now, his star level was back up to five, and he walked into the girl's bathroom because he always wondered what it looked like inside the female restroom.

He was soon satisfied seeing the pink colors on the walls, and noticed that it wasn't much different. The janitor, who was a man, was currently cleaning the restroom. After shooting him he walked outside into the hallway, and started following the girls.

His plan was to wait until they arrived at their shop, and then take their tops and run. If he did that, he'd probably get six stars and win the game. Opera was the girl in the bikini and the other two girls had on jackets that made them look tough. However, for bounty hunters, they certaintly used proper etiquette with sipping their coffee. After an hour, they were finally done and the waitress smiled before she somewhat annoyingly took away their cup.

In his other life, he'd sometimes worked in establishments for his family. One time, in his eighth life, or was it his ninth, his mom and dad owned a coffee shop, and he'd serve customers. He died after a gas leak in that building which only killed him… It was there, though, that he learned to empathize with waitresses, and also wanted to take away their coffee ten minutes ago.

It was so unfair that people bought one coffee and felt fine sitting down for over an hour! At least, they should have bought a second cup of coffee!

Regardless, he walked behind the coffee register, and shot everyone before taking their money. The girls were so busy talking they didn't notice him dragging the dead bodies away. They got up a moment later, and he shoved the bodies into the trash cans just like the girls did.

These people, basically, weren't real or he hoped. It was a game, so he killed without mercy and his star rating was only 5 and a half stars! The girls walked into a shop, though, a moment later that was called 6 stars clothing… He couldn't believe he didn't think of going to this place, and noticed the thousands of security gaurds in front of it…

Now, he just needed a few weapons, and went to Chun Hua to get some explosives, and other robbing materials…

Chun Hua was in the deli, and Lie Wei Ying instinctually gulped seeing her play with her turtle neck. She was wearing a short skirt now, and he walked up to her and slammed his pistol down on the deli counter.

"Hmph, I'm going to need some fire power!"

"Fine, but give me a seven letter word for unlucky… and I'll stop mopping enough to get you a gun."

Mei Li was trying to find a clue for 27 down as she stared at the folded-up newspaper. It was supposed to mean unlucky, and she always did horrible on standardized tests! This girl had a back story and went to a school here, though Lie Wei Ying was impatient and didn't want to hear about that.

"Do… do you have the first letter," Lie Wei Ying said grabbing the newspaper from Chun Hua. Her brown hair was dangling onto her turtle neck and she somewhat annoyingly released the black and white print in her hand.

"Hmmm, starts with a letter H… could it be hapless?"

Lie Wei Ying was smart a few lives ago… He didn't know what happened to him, but he gave her the clue and she smiled before wrapping her arms around him.

"Ha! I got a new York times clue.. For the first time in my life!" She happily put away the puzzle and grabbed Lie Wei Ying by the hand. The two guards with awkward smiles moved aside shaking from Lie Wei Ying's very quickly profound reputation. Above his head, he was already level 10! This was the level of an expert….

Chun Hua shined the light on the goods and Lie Wei Ying eagerly picked up a few flash bang grenades, a rocket launcher, and a duffle bag to store ten automatic sniper rifles in said bag.

In a few minutes, he stole a car and started running down the street. Occasionally, if no one was around, he'd shoot a rocket at a building and it would blow up. That one clue got him over twenty rockets! He eagerly shot up a few more buildings and then arrived at the mall.

Inside the mall, the girls were still shopping in six star, and then an explosion happened.

Lie Wei Ying ran over forty of the guards in the front before he pulled out his rocket launcher and aimed it and fired.

After blowing up half the first floor, he was satisfied and then sneakily walked inside the shop as the sprinklers went off. He noticed the girls were still shopping and the explosions didn't bother them. He started wondering if this was even a game at all, or just a shopping trip for them!

However, then he noticed Opera walked into the dressing room… At the time, he didn't realize it was a dressing room, and thought it was their headquarters… He couldn't read the sign, so it wasn't his fault. In a few minutes, after crawling under the door, he couldn't help noticing that Opera had her bikini off and was now wearing a nice orange sweater.

He took the bikini and she didn't even notice, but his star level still wasn't at six yet!

Finally, in his frustration, he threw down her bikini in the hallway and shot the attendant at the door. Whoever this darn man was, it was all his fault as far as he was concerned!

In his frustration, he didn't even check for security cameras. A second later, an alarm went off.

"Everybody get out of the building! A thief is here, and the S.W.A.T. team just--"

Lie Wei Ying shot the annoying speaker phone, and because he was so small innocently walked behind the register to report he needed to find his mom.

The lady at the desk smiled at him, and then she walked him to the backroom as the S.W.A.T team arrived.

One of the men in the S.W.A.T team was known as Detective M… He saw the boy walking with the women holding her hand.

"…Men, he has a hostage! Surround the perimeter, and protect the three adorable goddesses!"

"Sir, yes, sir!"

Detective M was given the backstory of the god father type. He was, in his mind, the girl's protector and would take a bullet even if they decided to shoot him and not Lie Wei Ying.

At this time, a scream went off and Opera ran out of the dressing room with her two mounds bouncing more then she would've have liked.

"…He… he stole my bikini! Girls… kill him!"

The two girls nodded their heads and immediately grabbed a bralette for their sister. It was all they could find!

"…Hmph, he took the bait and showed up in this store, we'll win this game Opera." The two other sisters were named Melody and Vanity… Vanity was the humblest, surprisingly, because her name always made her feel insecure. Why would her father name her Vanity? Wouldn't Melodic have been a better name, or even Dulcet or something… anything else would've been better!

Vanity pointed towards the S.W.A.T. team and noticed they had set a perimeter around the office… that room had information about their base… how exactly did he figure it out!

….

"So… what does your mom look like…"

Lie Wei Ying laughed and kept describing the most beautiful women he could think of… Yu Yan…

"Ah… I'm going to take you to the security room, okay? You just follow me and we'll figure this out!"

The lady seemed somewhat worried about Lie Wei Ying. She was so worried she didn't notice the gun on her back.

Lie Wei Ying had the gun placed there to detract any visitors from busting in on him. He could almost feel Detective M's eyes on the back of his neck. However, since he was level 10… he could already dodge bullets.

There was a reason for this.

When he was in the bank, he shot 195 people with one bullet. You got a x2 bonus for every double kill, and likewise you got a 195 x experience bonus for a 195 person kill. Charisma didn't think Lie Wei Ying would get such a perfect shot, and was happily sipping his tea watching the girls playing in his game.

He'd never designed a game before, and was quite satisfied with the cultivation thief game he'd created… However, a few of the women were still in his room, and he walked away from the monitor and placed down his coffee cup.

With a lewd expression on his face, and caffeine running through his body, he loosened up his tie and waited for one of his attendants to take 'care' of him on the bed.

"Hope you're enjoying your day off, Lie Wei Ying," Charisma said with a laugh…

A second later, one of the maids with a short skirt walked over and placed a plate down on his bed.

"…What would you like me to do today master?"

He laughed before he pointed towards her dress and then pointed towards the pillow.

She seemed to get it and smiled at him with an understanding gaze returned.

Lie Wei Ying was in the backroom with the security guards.

A few of them recognized him, and unfortunately he had to shoot them in front of the nice lady.

"…Uhm… you're so young to be a thief…" She said somewhat surprised… "And you're so cold blooded."

Lie Wei Ying pointed towards the chair and was somewhat satisfied. He was just a hairs away from the six-star level! He tied the lady up in a chair after taking a few belts off the dead men. They made good cuffs and he anchored the nice lady to the chair before pushing her in front of the monitor.

"Tell me… tell me when they're close!"

He didn't reply to her the entire time, and she somewhat unwillingly answered. "Uhmm, are you sure what you're doing is alright… Don't you feel guilty about what you are doing?"

Lie Wei Ying sighed before he kicked one of the bodies a few times. The lady was looking down and then noticed the body started to disappear after he kicked it 500 times.

"See… they're in a better place now…" Lie Wei Ying said answering her question in a somewhat weird way.

"…Am… Am I real" She said trying to break free from the belts. He put them on just tight enough that her wrists didn't hurt as she wiggled.

"….Uhm, I have no clue, but just keep your eye on that monitor, and if these three girls happen to go in the dressing room… I want you to tell me…"

The girl gulped and understandingly nodded her head…

"Alright, but what are you going to do, little boy."

Lie Wei Ying smiled and then pointed to the S.W.A.T team walking down the hallway. He unplucked the latch on the grenade and walked out into the hallway as thousands of guns were fired at him…
