98 A Challenge at the World Sovereign Level.

The morning came slowly in Beginner's Ascension Town.

Most of the people in the town were extremely strong, and the average level was 95. Hence, every second was appreciated and used in contemplation by the thousands of people present.

On the other hand, for the girls and Lie Wei Ying, the morning was restless and not one of thought. They went out to the Bazaar after crossing through the guard towers. The NPCs on guard duty waved at Lie Wei Ying. They were extraordinarily pretty NPCs designed by the P.I.G. himself, and were all wearing similarly tight uniforms

Regardless, Lie Wei Ying was here for one reason, and it was to use his magic stones. The girls were also here for a similar reason and had accumulated a large amount of money in the Harem Bank. Their funds were Lie Wei Ying's funds. He walked up to a vendor and eagerly went up to the stalls to see what other players had to offer.

The items on display included armors, trinkets, talismans, and manuals. There were even a few potions, and aphrodisiacs of various types. The love potions seemed like hot items, however, the thing that was causing the most turbulence was a small map that apparently led to one of the legendary dungeons. Yet, it was not being sold by just any player. The player in question was level 200, and he was a rank Lie Wei Ying had never heard of before.

Yet, Lie Wei Ying wasn't scared. As soon as Lie Wei Ying realized a strong person was around, he immediately ran up to him as the girls followed behind him. The man was most definitely a World Sovereign. The rank past a World Celestial! Such players would not be allowed on the first stage for more then six months. Regardless, Lie Wei Ying wasn't afraid of him at all. He even dared walk up to him with a look of disdain on his face.

"Ah, so who do we have here? Are you looking to buy the map," The man said as Lie Wei Ying nodded at him.

"Yes, and I also wish to have a duel to get a discount on this map! This is too much," Lie Wei Ying said.

Truthfully, the item was 100,000 Magic stones, which was a few too many stones for Lie Wei Ying, hence he decided to try and coax the man into giving him a discount.

The man in question laughed. His name was Fan Bai, and he looked curiously at Lie Wei Ying. He truthfully wasn't even allowed to fight people on the first stage. If he really tried, he could probably wipe out this town in a minute. Even if the supposed Pop Unbeatable was here, perhaps it would take him just a minute to destroy him. Yet, there was a level 99 boy who dared come up to him. He almost wanted to feel insulted, however, the kid seemed to only have a pure desire for battle.

"Ha, well I like you kid," Fan Bai said, "I tell you what little boy. If you can survive for one minute with me in battle, I'll give you the map for free. However, you have to wager me one of your lovely women here if you lose? What do you say about that?"

Lie Wei Ying looked at Mei Li, and then at the other girls. They were all shaking their head. Of course, they had played the game much longer than Lie Wei Ying and knew how powerful this mans items were alone from a glance. His items were shining a white diamond shimmer. That meant he had at least celestial equipment on. He was also in a whole new world of power.

"Uhm, I can't wager the girls," Lie Wei Ying said as he shook his head. "Yet, I'll give you 90,000 magic stones for the map if I lose. Isn't it a good deal?"

The man scratched his head and laughed. That was an extremely bad proposition and would hardly cover the costs of the dungeon they had to raid to get the map!

In the second stage, there was many maps that helped reveal the first stage's mysteries. It was items like this that were exceptionally rare and valuable. It was surprising what could be found on the first floor, and this map was one item that led to one of its greatest mysteries. Yet, truthfully, the man was planning on selling this at a loss anyway. He was surprised anyone on this level even had 90,000 magic stones.

"Ha, I think I lose either way, but I like you kid! Yes, lets do that. Ha, I haven't been able to fight because of this stupid map! 90,000 stones will be just enough to make my boss happy!"

He giggled excitedly as a few men waited eagerly in the background eyeing Lie Wei Ying's girls. These men were part of S.P.Y. media and were here today to deliver a haunting message from the Pope. They were planning to make him level up in a horrifying way. Of course, Pope Unbeatable wasn't going to let Lie Wei Ying get away with murder! It was because of him touching his girls that he had to kill them so horribly.

"Hmmm, I accept your proposition. Yet, we need somewhere to fight." Lie Wei Ying looked around before he pointed towards the forest in the background. It was past the hundreds of bazaar stalls, and by a small gorgeous pond and pagoda.

"Yes, that will work," He smiled at the beautiful girls following Lie Wei Ying. Yet, a second later Lie Wei Ying heard a voice in his head.

At the World Sovereign stage, you gained access to another type of energy. Lie Wei Ying wasn't aware of it yet, but it allowed for mental transmissions between cultivators. Fan Bai had cultivated to the World Sovereign stage and had obviously learned to use this energy. It was called Transcendent Qi and was the sign you were truly ready for the Second Realm. It required a lot of Laws to learn how to use it.

"There are some very powerful men watching your girls in the bush. Now might not be the best time to fight me. However, if you do you might want to have the girls sit behind me. I'll protect them for you as long as we're battling."

Lie Wei Ying scratched his head before ten four-arm dragon-ice clones spread out form his body. They all seemed to be a thicker ice then last time. Truthfully, during his night with the girls a few of his divine abilities had upgraded on the training bed. Even though it wasn't an intimate night, besides for cuddling, it still gave him some breakthroughs. At this moment, he was also beginning to see the road to teleportation. He took a long time cuddling with Ah Lam Bo to make sure he made progress. Yet, he wouldn't take any chances with his girls.

"Thank you for warning me! Now, lets start this fight," Lie Wei Ying said out loud.

The men in the bushes scratched their heads wondering what he was talking about. Regardless, they followed Lie Wei Ying towards a perfect valley for battle.

The World Sovereign smiled at Lie Wei Ying before a request popped up in front of him.

"Fan Bai of the Legendary Dragon Guild has requested a duel. Would you like to accept his challenge? Yes / No"

"Yes!"
