13 As the years passed and final day of Yggdrasil

{Note: Mc used most of his money for charity and to find world items but that was still hard.}

{Note: Mc was guild Leader for Twelve Years but Momonga is mostly recognized as guild leader because he did most of the work. Mc was too lazy to do papers and crap but both of the are equal respected}

It is now the final year of Yggdrasil. It has been a long journey for me but a fun one.

We defeated a world enemy which attacked the base raided dozens of guilds and became the 1# guild of Yggdrasil on our server. I also made sure to prepare for any betrayals of Nazarick but I have enough power with the combined of help of all my skills to destroy Nazarick single handily but I want to live a natural flow in the New World instead of just conquering it in a second that ruin the fun.

Throughout the journey we have had in and outs among our members but in the end we were all best friends and all of them are living good lives thanks to my money that they started having good jobs and could not play although they still kept in touch especially the first 10 players.

Yggdrasil started losing popularity and I tried buying some World Items but most of them were not found and some people did not even see the sale sign since it was on the dead forum page.

I made sure to get as much stuff as I could inside Nazerick filling the treasury and making sure every Nazerick person has at least 1 set of Divine items which took 2 years to do but most of Nazerick has them.

I also put a dungeon inside Nazerick can contain almost anyone and I found a spell which allows for any species to interbreed, so now demiurge will not have that problem and I spent almost all my money do all I can for Nazerick and hired people to create divine items without stop.

Also made around 200 new Npcs all with flavor text and can do only job each of them have a clone spell and they can do a multitude of tasks like paperwork, research and even science while making them I made a safe with a {Endless Book} it is a small book which contain a infinite amount of pages and I just took all scientific stuff from the Internet and put it in their, then filtered out all of unnecessary information.

I also tried removing the level restriction but the Devs did not honor it even when the game was dying so I used the caloric stone to raise my level by five.

But I was number 1# player for over a decade and now fulfilled. Of course I spent time with Momonga since most guild members do not come online anymore and well both of us were sad.

My cats sadly died a year ago, I was sad but got over it eventually.

Today is the last day of Yggdrasil and I emailed everyone but only 5 came. "Gruandon, Tinguroar, Ulbert, Buku and Pero, I am glad you could make it here." I said sitting next to Momonga at the guild table.

"We all are happy to make it, but Jobs has been getting in the way and now I am starting my own family," Pero said with Buku nodding. They both found lovers and both are married now.

"I have been having family problems and well….sorry but this game has gotten old and everyone is splitting up its ju-just….sad" Gruandor said with a sad tone and Tinguroar agreed.

"I have been getting debt paid off and meeting old friends. It seems I have to go soon anyway since I have a meeting soon, sorry Lignis and Momonga but I have important stuff to do. I will email you when I have the time." Ulbert said with a sad face and logged off after we said bye.

"I'll need to go to my son who was born last month and things have been hectic lately…goodbye I hope we meet again." Pero said solemnly before also logging out.

"I will follow suit. I have to take care of some things. I will also email you..goodbye Lignis and everyone and also.. It has been fun." Gruandor said with Tinguroar also leaving because I found out they are brothers a couple years ago and they both are now electricians for rich people's houses so they have a lot of requests.

"I go too, Lignis and Momonga, I am very thankful from the moment we met and I hope you two will keep in touch. But, I need to say this.. You two truly deserve to be guild master, If it wasn't for you Lignis, This whole dungeon wouldn't have been possible, And Momonga thank you for keeping our base refined.." she said genuinely, "Goodbye, I have to take care of my baby since he is starting to cry." Buku said with crying noises in the background. Before logging out.

Momonga and I sat silently watching all our friends leave before our eyes. I was sad none of them could come with us. Looking at the magnificent table he remembered what happened over the 12 years, he laughed and sometimes he was angry but in the end he finally made it to the NW.

"Momonga I am glad you stayed until the end, I was happy being guild leader until the 6th year but you have amazed me with your efforts." I said in a solemn voice and Momonga stood still before slamming his fist on the table and yelling.

"This SUCKS! This-This is our home…w-we all built it together with endless effort! Why–Why quit on us…." He said in anger.. Momonga stayed silent for a moment after his outburst then calmed down and realized no one was at fault. And real life is more important "No.. It's no one's fault" he stood up.. "Shall we go, Lignis?" He said walking to the guild staff and the staff radiated a black aura with red human faces screaming in agony until it stopped when his bony hand grabbed it.

I smiled at him before also standing up and I got my Spear from my inventory which appeared before my hands. I grabbed it, twisting it around my fingers before putting it on my back. It has been upgraded again and again by me until I found it to be perfect.

Looking around at the majestic looking table, I remembered making it with the guild members, they were a noisy bunch.

I remiencse before hearing Momonga chuckle seeing me look at the room and table. "Majestic is it not? To think all of this will…disappear in a day all of our hard work and money put into this, life is sad Lignis I am glad you're the first and last player to be with me." He chuckled and I chuckled back.

"Yes it is.. To think that this will go, after all we put into this game.." I said acting before getting ready to move.

Opening the huge black wooden doors we both went into the hallway, side by side and each of us if put in a normal person's perspective looked terrifying, Outside of the room was the Pleiades with a addition of 2 maids {Electra Sigma} and {Maia Theta both of them wear maid suits and have delicate features. Their features include blood red eyes and their hair was long while having sharp faces making them look unique while beautiful.

Both of them are part of a group {Isle of Apples} a group of only those two maids because of their especially in agriculture and wood magic, I personally spent a long time making another race learn wood magic and only other wood demons can and they were generally weak since they do not have the same buffs as me, for example {Absorb} they do not have and other buffs which immensely helped me I just made them for fun, I went through a lot of trouble getting the Devs to allow another unique race and they made them weaker then normal races so in the end it was fine for me.

I still made 2 of them and both of them are {Wood Demons} . I spent a long time making them look human because of their awful looks before they looked like a wooden mess.

Looking at the 3 Butlers who I personally made, all of them having a unique look especially Max and the other two although different did not have a bursting design, they were part of {The Graces} a group under Sebas like the {Pleiades and Isle of Apples} but they were Sebas personal guards and servants, he cherishes them like children which suits him.

I saw Momonga enter the settings of Sebas and read his name, he then looked towards me "You made him a Lv:100? Well you did have Millions of dollars and spent a lot of that in the game so it makes sense but don't you think you went overboard with creating the additional Npcs that are useless in a rpg like Agricultural, Engineers and even a Scientist?" He asked while looking at the Npc list.

"Well I need a lot of Npcs for my floor and it makes roleplay easier" I chuckled. "I love making them too although it took a while to add flavor text." I said shivering in the end, making their flavor text was a nightmare because of Tabula,Pero and Ulbert who just kept nagging me on every detail I put.

Of course I ignored Pero's comments because well, when I looked at Shalltear's flavor text, I bleached my eyes ten times over in game and real life I did change it too, well more like I forced him to with the help of his sister.

Tabula was the most annoying one though even worse than Pero because he is to say a perfectionist and a fucking good one at that.

Looking at Momonga silently after remembering the hell I had been through, I turned to look at the maids and butlers before ordering them to follow me by saying "Follow" after saying that they all lifted their bowing heads and lined up behind the both of us even going as far to go up the stairs behind us.

Me and Momonga both walked down the hall syncing our huge footsteps echoing throughout the fancy tomb like hall before turning right to see a huge door with designs, it was at least 5 times the height of Momonga and me with me changing my height to be with Momonga's midgame because being that tall is not useful for physical combat although some beg to differ.

\The doors opened before us leading into a huge room capable of fitting 4 normal houses with just the height of it not counting in the size of it and in there was Albedo and Ava sitting next to 2 Huge chairs.

I personally made a copy of the guild leaders chair because both of us are basically guild leaders at this point although we do different roles, it did not have the same effect of the world item but has a downgrade version which I am fine with.

It was a hassle to copy the effect of it but in the end I did it with my expertise. Momonga and I walked down the hall with a huge man covered in golden armor and had a crown over his head that came out of the darkness before bowing to both of us.

"His name is Urugha correct?" Momonga asked to see the bowing skeleton who was 2 feet bigger than Momonga but had the same structure so under that suit are just bones although he is immensely powerful with his classes.

"Correct I made him for leading the skeletons around Nazerick although we could have done it, with him all skeletons below Lv90 get buffs applied to them making them good tanks just with his special condition I could not make him Lv:100" I said, his classes {Skeleton Champion} and {Dead Legend} both give him immense buffs when leading skeletons and fighting.

After making him follow us like the others, Momonga thought for a moment before looking behind him at the group following him and said "Stand By?" He said with a questioning voice before they went off to the side except for Urugha who just went between the chairs.

We both then Walked up to the two chairs where both me and Momonga sat down. Ava and Albedo were smiling when we sat down like they were alive and Momonga looked up to Albedo before checking her settings.

"She is the strongest besides Rubedo and Ava, maybe even Zacian? Is he stronger than Albedo, Lignis?" Momonga asked, looking at me.

"Hmm depends on the situation but probably not since he is more of a crowd controller and Albedo is stronger in a head on fight especially with her equipment." I said, shrugging my shoulders.

Momonga hummed, nodding before looking at Albedo's settings.

"So long! Well Tabula did make it…wait she's a bitch? *Sigh* he did love contradicting characters." Momonga said with his head down.

I grumbled "Tell me about it he tried making all the 'Useless' Npcs have contradicting characters, one time he tried making a scientist dumb…and loved Argiculture he gave me so many hedaches like why make a scientist dumb? AND LOVE AGRICULTURE." I yelled the last part to show my miserys.

Momonga laughed, "Sounds like him" Momonga chuckled before seeing the last part of Albedo's setting and thought of something before touching it with his staff. "Hmmm I guess I can have a little fun, the guild will probably forgive me after all the game is about to end." I noticed him typing {Albedo is deeply in love with Momonga} in the box before being embarrassed.

I laughed, "Hey Momonga, Tabula will probably gets furious *Laughing* you are so childish" I said pointing my finger at him laughing while he just swiped his hand getting rid of the pop ups on his screen.

I calmed down and smiled before thinking 'Now how do I make him accept Albedo's love, well I do it gradually' I thought before checking Urugha's flavor text.

'Could use some polishing but overall good' I thought checking him out before swiping it away and sighing.

"Seems like our fun is about to end Lignis just so you know I had fun no….it was a blast you could say and I thank you for that." Momonga said solemnly towards me.

I looked up and it seemed like my orange eyes started losing their light, "I did too, this whole place was amazing….I thank you Momonga for staying until the end even if everyone had real life problems, you stayed, you are a true friend." I said before looking at the time going down.

Momonga looked up at the flags posted on the columns inside the room and said each name of the flags.

"Me. You. Touch me. Shijuuten Suzaku. Gruandor. Tinguroar. Ankoro Mocchi Mochi. Herohero. Peroroncino, Bukubuku Chagama, Tabula Smaragdina, Warrior Takemikazuchi, Variable Talisman, Genjiro. Ulbert…." he said before the clock reached 23:59:50 then looked at the Npcs and said "Bow Down" which the Npcs did.

' I have to be up at 6 am to do work, So Ill go to bed after the server shut down' Momonga thought before closing his eyes 'This was fun…it was a blast'

I looked at the time going down, 'Hmm seems like it is time to adventure the new world…Sadly the others could not have come but they have wives and husbands now, unlike us so I would not force them to come online…' That was the main reason I did not make them come. They are living great lives now so I would not want to ruin families. I close my eyes and expect it to work. 'Please work..'
