117 BRAINWASHING THE CITIZENS PART 2

In the past 1000 years, in the Uchiha family, the one who suffered the most in the hands of Ichika are the younger generation of the family Sarada, Boruto and Himawari. Even though the training of Zetsu, Shisui, Itachi, Kin, Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura and Hinata was also tough, but they only suffered in the hands of Ichika and their respective mentors.

Compared to their parents and Uncles, who arrived on Monster World after 1000 years, they arrived on Monster World in their teens. Due to which most of their potential lied dormant, compared to their parents, who already experienced cultivation on Kaguya World for 1000 years.

1000 years may seem less in the eyes of powerful cultivators, who can live for millions of years, but these 1000 years at the initial stages of their cultivation will prove vital for their growth in the future.

Before ascending to the Monster World, Ichika left some powerful cultivation methods and resources to her family members. But training with the methods left by her and being personally trained by her are entirely different things.

But it took them 1000 years to arrive to arrive on Monster World. Of coure the environment in which they train will also affect one's training progress. Compared to Kaguya World, the density of spiritual air on Monster World is 100 times better.

So compared to their parents, the starting line of Sarada, Boruto and Himawari are much better. Because of this reason, Ichika was completely strict with their training.

As for Sarada, she also has to spend time training under her mentor Jean Silverstone. On normal days, Jean Silverstone may look like a doting grandfather to others, but when it comes to education, he is the next reincarnation of Devil.

Silverstone family is easily one of the longest surviving family on human race lands. The ancestors of Silverstone family served the previous Emperor's as ministers and are treated as top scholars on Monster World. Leaving Ichika aside, who has a library of her own gifted by her teacher, the Silverstone family clearly documented each and every detail of the World they are living on for trillions of years. So their family library easily boasts the highest number of books with accurate details regarding the human history, their rise and downfall.

Every month, Sarada and the others has to spend 3 weeks training under Ichika, while the remaining one week is used to spend time with their mentors. Even when they are spending time with their mentors, they are forced to use Shadow clone technique to the maximum, so that their clones will keep on comprehending battle moves.

Because Jean Silverstone was only supposed to teach her for only one week, he had like 3 weeks every month to prepare various materials and notes for her. And these notes varied from military, governance to miscellaneous knowledge. Even though She is a princess, Ichika and Jean made sure that she is not suffered by Princess Syndrome. With his experience, he is clear that the best way to teach the nobles and especially royal family members, is to expose them to the outside world regularly than to confine them to riches and luxury inside the palace like a caged bird.

If the Noble's and Royals keep a distance between them and their citizens, it won't be long where they will feel like gods and become arrogant. Once this arrogance is seeped into their brain system, it won't be long before they bring endless troubles to their family and in severe cases it may even bring down their downfall.

Due to this reason, Jean always planned special programs for Sarada every year. Sometime he will make her disguise as a civilian, mercenary, official and as merchant to spend some time among the citizens. In this way she will clearly observe and understand the hard working nature of the citizens and officials. It also gave her chance to experience the problems the citizens are personally facing and how she should solve them. It also gave her chance to interact with various Empire officials and their nature. Even though Ichika is strict and most of the officials are honest there will always be some crooks among the Empire officials. These officials will be more among the low rankings, where they are far from the observation of the capital. Because of Sarada and Jean surprise visits in various disguises most of these corrupt officials are punished heavily. This also sent a clear message and warning to other officials that the Imperial family is personally doing inspections throughout the Empire in secret. This made the officials work hard with more sincerity and honesty, while the citizens welcomed the approach of the Imperial family. It also brought a lot of fame to Sarada and established her as one of the influential figures of the Uchiha family.

As she grew up Sarada also started to clearly understand her responsibilities and duties, but she clearly missed the happy days she spent on Kaguya World, where she was free and unrestrained. She also understood the thoughts of Jean clearly, he is not only teaching her on how to remain grounded, but is also silently increasing her influence.

Currently, on a rare occasion Jean is taking her through the streets of Eden and told her to treat it like a holiday. Normally he is someone who will not waste any time with her, but today he brought her outside the palace walls and told her to enjoy herself. This is completely shocking to Sarada, but she still decided to enjoy the rare moment of relief from training. If Jean has no classes for her in the week, she is sure her aunt will definitely drag her to Atala World for more training. Ichika established schools, hospitals and various civilian establishments throughout the Empire under Imperial family name and banner free of charge to the citizens. Because of the massive size of the Capital city Eden, more than 1000 schools are constructed in the city to facilitate the large number of students.

The faculty in these schools are all retired government officials, famous scholars, generals and few others hired from various other humanoid races. The curriculum and the subjects taught in the school are all provided by the Imperial family.

As Sarada was from the Imperial family itself, she was not interested in the study materials available in the school, as she has more than advanced materials in her palace, passed down from Ichika and Jean Silverstone. Because of this very reason, she never visited any of these schools in the past 1000 years.

But as she was passing by the school and because of her increased senses, few words caught her attention and when she strained her senses, she was able to understand the situation in the school. Currently in the school, one of the teacher is conducting a question and answer segment with his students and the topic of this segments is the current Empress of the Human race, Ichika Uchiha. Since it is a topic related to her aunt, Sarada was interested in the segment and completely spread her senses, to learn what the school is teaching about her aunt in the school.

Because of her sudden interest in the segment, she didn't step in the school. But Jean and her retinue, who were following beside and behind her were surprised by her sudden halt and stretched their senses to the max. It didn't take long for jean to understand the situation, so he also spread his senses as to which part of the segment caught the princess attention.
