Chapter 16: A world within the soul (4)

The presence within Moon didn't look any different than her.

She had long silver hair held up in a long ponytail of a light shade of silver, a sharp chin, a little perfect nose, and lips. Anyone could have said her eyebrows were like sharp swords, but let's not head in that direction.

Her front was even more abundant than Estelle's, as those tits seemed to be wanting to spill out from her black kimono, which was only tied at her waist, leaving her shoulders bare, and so a lot of her softness up there, too.

Meaning that Benjamin's favorite part of the opposite gender was naturally exposed down below as well. Those perfectly toned and sculpted thighs were once again in his eyes due to her kimono being shorter and only kept close at the abdomen.

As someone who liked to kick people to death, Benjamin had developed a natural liking toward thighs and legs overall, and at times, it was much stronger than other priorities.

It was a part of the reason why he treated relationships so casually. It was just a part of human nature.

"Eyes' red and lack of swords…" Benjamin noted the differences between this existence and Moon after she had leaped away from him.

He then checked his wound, tainting his fingers red. His shirt glued to his side since that was where the foreign existence had attacked him. Which was why Benjamin casually took off his shirt and threw it on the ground.

Nature had endowed Moon with good genes, and she trained what had been offered to her, and so did Benjamin. His muscles were lean and toned, his skin was slightly tanned, and his shoulders were broad.

Even if his achievements were only in the game worlds, Benjamin had taken good care of his real-life body and even attended various dojos in his free time to polish his skills.

As he stood tall, that wide frame seemed to have made him born to hold more than one woman in his arms and have at least three pressed against him… let's not head in that direction.

"You must have been wondering who the hell am I, right?" Benjamin chuckled as he fixed himself to stare straight into the foreign existence's crimson eyes. "I came here to awaken Moon, so you can think of me as a prince on a white horse. How's that?"

"Your identity doesn't concern me," the woman replied, "You're here to hinder my return. I'll eliminate you."

"Fair enough," Benjamin nodded, "I am tasked to bring back Moon, and you are standing in my way, so I'll eliminate you as well. Though I doubt I can get rid of a parasite born from…" Benjamin purposely extended the last words, "The Goddess?"

These two words started the second round as the apprehension and thick killing intent yanked the foreign existence's heart, prompting her to go at him.

This time, Benjamin faced a woman whose style seemed more raw and closer to his.

She sprinted at him and jumped just before stepping into his range. Her form spun, and a heavy kick slipped from it, whose finish goal was on Benjamin's head.

He leaned his upper body behind and stretched his leg up, blocking the first move. The weight and force behind this woman's skill was at least three times stronger than Moon, meaning she was using the replication of Moon's body, or whatever she was, to the extent.

Their bodies pulled away, and it was now Benjamin's time to make a move. Just before the woman fell onto her two, he thrust a kick like a snake toward her defenses, which the woman defended against with her forearms joined.

Once their footing was the same, these two lunged at each other with an intent to kill. Their entire arms and legs had constantly moved, clobbering at each other on every occasion.

There was no room for respite; frankly, Benjamin had never exchanged this many moves in such a short time since coming to the fantasy world for real.

But once there was a brief break between them, Benjamin curved his lips up, "Those are my moves, aren't they? Estelle's liberated soul was pretty weak, though she was persistent and used to the pain. On the other hand, you spent all this time studying my movements and added them to Moon's style. No, you are trying to add what Moon has learned, but the clash of different styles and lack of swords make it difficult for you. Your compatibility is extraordinary, however."

"Praise won't save you," the woman replied.

"I'll drop a praise where praise is due, regardless of the differences between me and my opponent, woman," Benjamin instantly replied, drawing a faint blush from the foreign existence. "It's odd, though… you're also not foreign to fighting, but you are lacking in a few areas. Are your memories clouded? Perhaps you're hindered by something? Or someone? Haha, anyway. I don't think you would tell me this… I am not a prince on a white horse for you. I'll show you what you lack. That's a creativity."

"Creativity?" the woman repeated while narrowing her eyes at Benjamin, who raised his leg as though going for an ax drop.

Which he did, but on the ground. The crimson lake spat blood at him, along with the rubble of the broken floor.

The time slowed for both of them as the debris draped Benjamin. Pieces of wooden floor and chunks of earth that had been blown up by Benjamin's ax drop were around him.

He sneered and kicked it toward his foe.

Once, twice, thrice… and more.

In a short time, Benjamin turned into a tornado and kicked at least ten things. It seemed that time had slowed for everyone but Benjamin. He sent so many attacks at once, all of which were homing in on the foreign existence's vital points, starting from eyes to even her groin.

Unprepared for it and with her attention snatched by his unnatural action, the woman belatedly raised her arms. She protected her head, but her stomach, crotch, and the same vital point on the torso that she had tried to wound Benjamin with were struck by the propelled debris.

"Second round!" Benjamin hollered with amusement.

The already-familiar sound of him smashing the ground to little pieces rang out. Despite the pain crushing her from torso to her legs, the woman gritted her teeth and sent her body into a run. That was the only solution she could have thought up of in this despairing situation.

Which was not a bad move at all!

As she ran around, Benjamin had been smashing the ground and kicking all debris at her. The woman was going in circles, sometimes breaking her pattern to go in opposite directions, all so that those attacks wouldn't reach her.

His assault soon stopped.

The woman halted her steps and heaved a heavy sigh before panting with the sweat crumbling down her face. She was so sweaty that she glittered, and her skin flushed from so much exhaustion. It was unfortunately far from the titillating sight as she was wounded, and blood flowed down along with the sweat.

It seemed, however, that Benjamin's exhaustion had also gobbled him.

It was only natural. This man must have wasted much more energy than her as she had been just running around!

That was when the unnatural whistle resounded across the mansion.

BANG!

Something shot the woman straight into her eye, making it burst with so much blood and pain that she was forced to go down onto her knee. She instinctively raised her hand to her eye that was now gone and dug into her eye socket, taking out her broken eyeball in which a copper coin had been caved in.

'Copper coin? There shouldn't be any copper coin! What kind of a copper coin is enough to take away my eye?!' the woman cried inwardly.

The shadow loomed over her, and she weakly raised her left eye.

Benjamin stood before her with his leg extended above her little head.

"I won."

The heel descended in a now familiar ax drop. The whole mansion shook as though yelling.

The woman's head sank into the crimson lake and drilled into the ground now that Benjamin's bare foot was atop her and pressing her to death.

Death, though, never came.

Instead, the woman's soul burst into mist-like silver streaks and rushed into Moon's soul. She became one with Moon's soul again and dwelled within her to recuperate.

The wolf priestess in question had her eyes no longer clouded and was looking at Benjamin without blinking.

Moon whispered, "Whoa…"

"You woke up?" Benjamin glanced at the older wolf priestess, "Then get up and return to your body so you can take care of Estelle. I have a few duties to do in the shrine."

Although he called himself a prince on a white horse, he appeared far from such an existence.

His inconsiderable tone and lack of any concern for Moon must have seemed intolerable and even painful, yet Moon's cheeks reddened for some reason, and she extricated herself from the avalanche of debris.

A second later, the entire world trembled and began dissolving.

Benjamin yawned, "Meh, I'm really pissed that those souls can escape like that. Feels less rewarding than it should be."

It was for that reason that Benjamin commanded Moon to quickly return back. He was also aware that he hadn't gone that hard at her, so she must have been in good condition, unlike the soul fleeing into her.

He should be fine in just a few minutes, but the damage was already done.

Moon stared at him silently while the world crumbled, her thoughts only known to the soul within her.
