Court clerk: The next case is 110/001/1998, a case between Davies Owoyele and kikelomo Badmus.Davies is been accuse of raping.

Judge:Introduction of the Barristers

Barr.Atanda: I am Barr.Atanda,attorney for the defendant

Barr.Ayoade:I am Barr.Ayoade,attorney for the plaintiff

Judge: over to you Barr.Ayoade

Ayoade: My lord, it is so clear that Davies is guilty of this,on this fateful day ,I am a living witness when I saw my client groaning in pain,and she explained everything to me.More so,this is the medical report of my client afterward sir,I will pause for here

Judge:Barr.Atanda did you have anything to say?

Atanda: My lord,don't allow us to be assuming here today,there is no concrete evidence that point to my client as a culprit, Kikelomo may be seen groaning in pain,medical report may prove she was raped,but their is no evidence that says Davies is the one that raped her.According to my findings my lord,Kikelomo is an orphan and she hate Davies a lot,so this is a form of blackmail in order to vent her anger on him.The hour that this incident happened, my client was receiving lecture in the school,I have here with me three(3)witnesses tonproove this to this noble court.

(The witnesses was bribed to change their testimony, so they do the witnessing)

Judge:This is my judgment, for there is no concrete evidence that prove Davies to be the culprit, I set him free,he should go in peace, I rise

Senator:Barr.Atanda that was lovely

Atanda: I just did my work sir

Senator: Let me transfer #20million to your account right now for that great job

Atanda: Thank you sir(he left)

Davies:Daddy thank you a lot,I really appreciate, my sweet daddy

Senator: why will you be jailed while m still alive

Davies: Naso

Senator: we have a problem at hand,Barr.Ayoade is still the best lawyer in the country, I am sure he will appeal this case

Davies: sure

Senator: so for us not to have problem, we have to end everything here

Davies: what did you mean sir?

Senator: we must get rid of Barr.Ayoade and kikelomo for our mind to be at rest

(Senator sent some guys to kill kike and Ayoade,the job was done successfully)
