How long can you wait for someone without even hearing some news or words from them? How can you be so sure when you meet it's still the same? How can you be sure that the feelings is still there? How in the world would I know? When I'm still looking for you. When I still waiting for you.
Every day and night I still thinking where are you? Why you don't look for me when you know where I am? Because I don't know where to start looking for you. The traces of your existence vanished with a mere wind. The scent, warmth and you.
*sounds of alarm*
I slowly open my eyes as I blankly staring at the ceiling. I feel empty. I get up and grabbed some cup of coffee to start my day. Look at the sky, looks gloomy like I am. I feel sleepy again because of the weather. I started yawning early in the morning.
A sudden phone call came so I tried my best to look for it.
"Ah it's here" I said with a lazy tone voice. As I answered the phone call.
"NAO!" All I can here is him nagging endlessly.
"What is it this time Rin?" I asked him as I take a sip of my coffee.
"Did you know what time is it?" Rin said angrily.
"Uhm I guess 8 in the morning?" I said as I look at the window.
"Yeah it's 8 in the fucking morning and work starts at 9 so where are you now?" He asked me.
"Okay okay. I'll be there" I said as I walk to the bathroom and starts to prepare for work.
"Hurry." Rin said and ended the call.
Minute have passed and I'm ready to go. I take the train and walk few more minutes to finally get to the coffee shop where Rin is my boss.
Rin is my friend since highschool and he always nag and nag like a parrot that keeps on talking. Sometimes it rings on my ears.
"Good morning" I greet as I enter the coffee shop.
"Nao, when are you gonna change? You're not like this since the---" He stopped talking as soon as I look at him.
I went to the staff room to get change.
Our day starts as I make coffee and do some cleaning too.
"Hey Nao. I'm sorry about earlier. Here eat this" he said as he gave me a sandwich he made on the kitchen and some drinks.
"Thanks" I said as I starts to eat.
He just look at me all worried.
"I'm fine Rin" I said as I look at him and smile.
"Okay okay. But don't push yourself too much. Okay?" Rin said as he pats my head. I just nodded.
"Rin, I'm going. See you tomorrow" I said as my shift are finished.
"Are you going there again?" He asked and I just nodded.
"Okay. Take care. Text me when you get home. See you" he said and I went out of the shop. I took the bus and went to my sacred place. Where promises are made and broke so many times.
I sat to the old bus stop and there I wait till the sun goes down.
"When will you come?" I asked myself as I look at the dark surroundings. It's dark and cold as the rain starts to pour.
"It's really cold right now. Aren't you also coming here today?" I asked as I look at the drops of rain.

I'm still in highschool. I once meet you when the breeze of winds smells like the sweet candy in the cafeteria. When you eat one you can stop from one. The hot weather stops when your cold stares pin out from your eyes. But still, when you smile that is rare to see is like an eclipse, once in a blue moon.
"Nao, yahoo! Nao!" My friend called me out of blue.
"Yes?" I answered as I look at him.
"Are you okay? You're spacing out" Rin said. And I just smiled at him.
"I-I'm o--" I didn't even finished what I'm about to say. When I saw you walking at the hallway through the window.
"Nao, Nao is loading!" Rin said but still I'm looking at your image as you walk inside the room.
"Hello everyone. Please sit down" Our teacher said as you stand infront of the classroom. All girls look at you with admiration at first sight. I still lost of words. I've never seen a beautiful man in my entire life.
"So, I would like to introduce our new student. Please introduce yourself" Our teacher said.
You look at us with your cold blue eyes. Your black hair and oh you're tall too. You looks like a siberian husky though.
"I'm Ryuunosuke Hisashi" He introduced himself.
"You can sit at the vacant seat" Our teacher said. He sat next to me at the back of the class. The one seat with all protagonists on anime. But still, this sight is worth to see.
"Nao" Rin called me as I'm spacing out.
"Let's get ready" Rin said as for our next class is P.E.
"Oh. Okay" I said and I went to my locker to get my PE uniform. As we walk at the gym all are looking at him. He seems cold, handsome but no one tries to approached him maybe a few flirty girls did.
"Okay students let's warm up by pair" Our PE teacher said.
"Rin!" I said but looks like he got a partner now. All have a partners now except him eho is now surrounded by girls.
"Hisashi-san, wanna do the warm ups together?" I asked him as he look at me with his cold blue eyes. He just nodded. Some girls look annoyed.
"Just call me Ryuu" He said with a low tone voice. I got chills.
"S-sure Ryuu" I said and we starts to warm up.
"You, what's your name?" He asked me.
"Nao Tadashi" I said and smiles at him.
"You can call me Nao" I added.
As we finished the warm ups. Our PE teacher decides to play basketball for boys and volleyball for girls.
As usual I ended on the bench for substitution. I'm not good at sports though.
Ryuu seems like the starting. The game begins when Rin my friend and Ryuu are competitors. Ryuu seems cool when playing basketball. Although Rin is one of the varsity players Ryuu plays well.
I'm the same team as Rin. When it's time for me to substitute. Although I'm not good at it I still can play. As I get the ball Ryuu defense our strong enough but it distracts me more when our eyes meet. He got the ball and their team wins.
"Nao you really are terrible at sports" Rin said and mess my hair.
"Yes yes!" I just said as we changed to our uniforms.
"Oh Ryuu. Are you interested to join the basketball club?" Rin asked him as he passes by.
"I'm not" he said with his cold voice.
"Ah hehe okay" Rin said feeling defeated.
"He's too cold" Rin commented.
"You think so?" I said.
"Ah Our Nao is too kind" Rin added.
I went to our rooms when I saw Ryuu just looking out of the window. There's no other students than me and him. All went home even Rin for he has plans.
"Are you not going home?" I asked him as I get my things on my table. He look at me with his cold blue eyes.
"Well then, see you tomorrow" I said and went out of the room. Even when I got home his cold blue eyes still lingering on my mind.
"What's his problem? He looks so sad" I said as I look at the ceiling.
"Those eyes are like the sea. Cold and yet he looks like he's about to cry or something" I added.
Ah!!! Mo~ just stop thinking about him.
The next day I saw him again at the entrance.
"Good morning" I greet him as I passes by.
"Good morning" he replied.
"Let's go to classroom together" I said and he just nodded.
"Huh? Nao? You seems closed to the newbie huh?" Rin said.
"Don't be rude Rin" I said as I put my things on my table.
"Don't mind him" I said and he just nodded.
"I'm jealous. You really are getting along to everyone huh! I'm the one you need" Rin whined.
"No. I don't need you. You're too much to handle" I said and our classmates all laughed.
"Rin must be really jealous because he's not the only one anymore" one of our classmates commented.
"When did I say Rin is the only one?" I said and they all laughed.
"No! Nao is mine only. My cute little Nao" Rin said as he pats my head.
"I'm not yours Rin. And I don't want to" I added and we all laughed. When I look at Ryuu he somehow makes face who looks annoyed.
"That's enough Rin. Have you done the assignment?" I asked Rin.
"N-not yet. Can I copy yours?" He asked.
"That is why Rin always needs Nao" One of our classmates said.
"No. You can't. But we still have time so I can teach you" I said.
"Huh? Can't I just copy it? It's the same problem anyways" Rin said.
"How can you learn when you always do is copy it. Hurry up or I will not teach you and asked someone else" I said and he immediately get his assignment.
"Ryuu, are you done with the assignment?" I asked him and he looks flustered.
"Y-yeah" He said.
"Look. Ryuu is done with the assignment while you, what are doing anyways? Are you chasing girls again?" I asked Rin. And now I saw it's right on the bat.
"Hurry" I said and begun to teach him.
As I finished with Rin. Our class started. I look at Ryuu and he seems fine. On the other hand Rin is sleeping.
"Rin-kun!" Our teacher calls Rin and he got up. Our teacher caught him sleeping and now he needs to go to the faculty.
"Nao, come with me please" Rin said as he beg for me to come with him.
"No." I said firmly.
"You can just wait for me outside" Rin insist. But still I said no.
"I'll buy you lunch for today. Please" Rin said.
"Okay" I said and chuckles.
When we got to the faculty I saw Ryuu there too.
The scenario always the same. Rin got scolded over and over again. And I just laughing inside my head.
"If you have further questions you can asked Nao-chan for it" One of the teacher said to Ryuu.
"Oh Nao, take good care to Ryuu. Okay?" She said.
"Ah. Yes" I said as she saw me outside the faculty. Ryuu get out of the room.
"What are you doing here?" Ryuu asked.
"Ah. I'm waiting for Rin" I said.
"H-have you eaten?" Ryuu asked me.
"N-no. Not yet" I said.
"Wanna go eat lunch?" He asked.
"S-sure" I said. As Rin walks behind him.
"Are you done?" I asked Rin.
"Yes yes. Let's go" Rin said.
"Ah Ryuu will eat lunch with us" I said and smiles.
"Let's go?" I said. We went to the cafeteria and eat lunch together. That's when the journey of our story starts.
It seems like yesterday when I first saw you. I stood up and as the last bus stopped infront of me, I hopped in. I look at the scenery where every night feels so cold and empty. As soon as I went home, I open my laptop and starts to work at the manuscript. I'm a writer. Ryuu's the reason why but now I'm asking myself how should I do this and wait for you? Have you ever think of me? As I hug my knees and the dark room swallowed me in. It hurts so bad that I wanted to die.
