15 Mysterious

"What are you doing here anyway, Brian?"

"I heard a noise so I went to look to where it was coming from and here I am."He said with a bit of sassiness in his voice.

"Oh is that so. I wonder how much of what you just said is true? Brian."

"Uh, you don't believe me, cupcake. I'm so sad. Just kidding as if I'd cry in front of a wolf."

" Grrr..... Don't mock me, peasant. That's rude of you. Back to the subject. Why are you still here bloodsucker?"

"Aww... Is the little dog in a hurry? Why should I leave it's my fucking home? I do what I want and where I want to is none of your concern, cupcake." Brian says in an irritating tone.

"Wow. First off stop calling me a cupcake. Secondly, I don't give a damn what you do. I just wanted to be alone. And for crying out loud you can choose not to be a dick every now and then." I yell at him.

"Woah. Looks like I struck a nerve. I'm sorry cupcake. I'll leave you to it."

"UH HELL NO! YOU DID NOT JUST SAY CUPCAKE. COME BACK HERE, YOU BASTARD. MY NAME IS LUCY FOR OREO's SAKE."

That's just great. That cocky bastard just ruined my mood. What's worse is I still can't find any secret rooms in the mansion. Like where the hell am I supposed to find them.

I guess I just have to keep looking until I do find them. And why was Brian acting so sarcastic to me? Hmm, I wonder if he knew what I was doing?

"Is it too late to chase him down and get answers." I whined.

*Sighs*

Maybe I'm just overreacting or overthinking. Anyways Brian is really mysterious. He has this aura about him that just makes you so curious that you wonder what's really going inside his head. But at the same time, he is still an annoying asshole.

I'm gonna go check the library. I think there is a slight possibility that there's a secret room in there. Because we all know secrets are hidden in books and rooms.

I am now in the library. I'm looking around searching for that hidden room. I am also knocking on the books to see if any of the wells are shallow. Because if there is an echo that means there's a room. And that's where I'll find my answer if it's in here.

Half an hour later I still haven't found anything. This library room has so many books And so many walls. This is gonna take me a couple of hours to find it at least. Also, it's getting kind of late in the night, I'm gonna get some sleep and continue my search tomorrow. As I'm heading my way back to my room I hear Mrs. Harvey talking to a mysterious guy in a black outfit.

"Their here, the Pierce sisters, the kids of the people who knew my secret. It gets better I think the maid likes my son and he likes her back, Mr. Kim."

"You know the rules. No Forbidden love. Especially if it's between two different species in the supernatural world. It's not normal to have mixed blood. Make sure you do your part of the plan Mrs. Harvey. Don't let Lucy get suspicious of you and the plan. Got it?"

Ï got it Boss-man. I'll do my best."

"Good you better do it because if you disappoint me, your head will be chopped off and fed to my pets."

"Alright, I get it. Now hurry up and leave before anyone sees you and gets suspicious."

Did I hear that right? Mrs. Harper is apart of some sort of dark organization. And the other voice is her boss. Now I really curious about how she planned my parent's death.

It is so funny because she is the queen to all blood-suckers and yet someone more powerful than her is in control. Who is Mr. Kim? And what species is he? Why is he so powerful?

I should probably leave before I get caught off guard by her or someone else. As I was walking away I tripped over a lamp.

"What's that sound I just heard." Mrs. Harper says while rushing to get to the noise as soon as possible.

"Oh, chicken nuggets. I got to get out of here." I said to myself.

"Lucy is that you dear? Lucy?"

As I super ran to my assigned room I heard Mrs. Harper finally reach the living room where I was prior.

"Ugh, what's this awful smell? It smells like a dog."

Hmm...How did a dog get into my secured mansion when there are bodyguards all around. I'll admit that the dog covered up its ascent but as an upper-class vampire, like myself, I can smell even the tiniest scent of a dog. So the question is "Who is the dog? And where did it come from?".

"GUARDS!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Yes, ma'am."

"Go search the house of a dog."

"Okay boss lady. Will do."

The guards searched all over the mansion but could not find a werewolf anywhere. Lucy was lucky she covered her scent, if it wasn't for her parents books she would be caught dead in that moment.
