14 Me, Myself and I

♠Lucy's POV♠

My past still scares me. But I'm glad to know who I really am. I have a supportive mate, Seth. I don't know what I would do without him. He is my everything. I'm confident to say that I will fight for what is mine. What I want to know is why Seth's mom killed my parents? Was it fear of the truth getting out about who she really is or is it a bigger secret?

Seth's POV

I'm curious about Lucy's past. What was her childhood like? I hope it was a good one. I really want her to be happy along with her sister, Ashley.

*Chills down my spine*

I have this feeling like there is a secret that I don't know about. I wonder if Lucy knows anything about it? If she does, should I ask or not?

Is it kept from me to protect me or to keep me from knowing something bigger than I imagined? But, I feel like it is not my place to ask unless it's my mom. But I know for a fact that she would lie straight to my face. The real question is why is she would keep a secret from me and my brothers?

Lucy's POV

"What was that chilling feeling just now? Was it because I have a secret and it gives us mates this creepy feeling? I feel bad about keeping this from him but I'm scared of how he might react if I told him his mom murdering my parents cold-blooded.

"Lucy, you want to go to eat lunch with me?" Seth asked me.

"Sure, I'm getting hungry too. "I replied to him.

Lucy's thoughts:

"I'm going to secretly try to find secret doors all over this mansion to find out more about our parents. "I mind linked Ashley.

"Oh okay then. Have fun and be really careful." She said.

"I will and thank you," I said.

"No worries sissy," Ashley told me.

"Where is it? I know Mrs. Harper has her dark secret somewhere. But where?" I ask no one in particular.

"What are you doing here Missy?" Brian asked.

"Uh no.....no particular reason," I said with a hint of nervousness.

"Is that so?" He said sarcastically.

"I guess so," I told him.

"Hmm.... Are you lying to me?" He asked.

"I don't think I am, why?" I asked him in return.

"No reason." He said all mysterious like.

♠Brian's thoughts♠

She is definitely up to something. I wonder if it could be... Ugh it can't be that, is it? I hope it's not what I think it is.

♠Back to Lucy♠

Woah! I think Brian knows something. Now that I think about that seems so suspicious. What does he know?

Hmm...

I will have to confront him later at a more convenient time sometime in the future.
