10 Hidden Past Secrets

Lucy's POV:

Last night was so awesome. I'm so exhausted that I feel numb. I wake up only to see my sexy mate sleeping next to me. His arms are wrapped around my waist keeping me comfy which is weird because under the covers we are naked.

Let's just say I love Seth and I can't get enough of him. But what I'm mostly worried about is his mother Mrs. Harvey because she scares the shit out of me. Rule number three, no forbidden love. The problem is me and Seth because he is a vamp prince and I am a human.

I think me and Ashley are human unless our parents died carrying that secret to their graves. All I know is that we are not vamps because we don't drink blood. When they died I cleaned out their rooms only to find werewolf books on the bookshelves. It even had journals to when our parents met and the battles along the way that they fought.

As I'm trying to remember who I and Ashley are I hopped out of bed. I got dressed and went to go get the boxes full of our parent's memories and secrets that lie ahead.

Before I opened the boxes to start reading about my parent's past I told myself "No wonder why Mrs. Harvey put rule number 3 out." She doesn't like the supernatural to mix species.

I pulled all the books out of the boxes and onto the floor in the room called "Feel free to organize and study here." As I took the books out I made a list to help me keep track of things.

My list has journal names and book names.

•Instincts of the wolf

•Mates to another supernatural

Parent journals names: • Werewolf childhood

•Adventures as a wolf

•To the kids from mom and dad

I first pick the book "Signs You're a werewolf." As I read the book I noticed a chapter called the inner beast. It explains how you know the wolf is there. Also, every werewolf has a wolf and their own personality. The wolves take over your body like a wolf but you are still in control of your head. So it's basically saying werewolves are 2 in 1 and that the wolf has it's own unique name.

You know when you're a wolf because your sense gets sharper. The most common way is a mid-turn which means half shifting, or a human/wolf.

As I read the book I know it is my hair I'm on top of my head is shifting to little pointy ears and my butt is starting to have a tail. That was the moment I realized I'm a werewolf but stuck in mid-turn. If I'm a wolf so is Ashley. I have to go tell her. I started dashing down the hallways going into Ashley's room telling her to big news that I just discovered.

When I told she was so surprised. I also told her you to have to be 17 years old to turn into a wolf.

"Bye Ashley. I have to do go discover myself. Well, mostly my wolf and her name. Later love you."

" Bye Lucy. I hope you have fun discovering yourself and you're both we have to let me know her name. And I love you, bye." Ashley told me with a new kind of happy expression.

"Who knew being a wolf could be so AMAZING. It's like I am seeing a different view of the world. I can see and hear the little things." Lucy said.

The world of the supernatural couldn't be more beautiful. But were there is beauty there is hidden danger. The shadows are always lurking.
