CHAPTER 2-HATRED.

Keturah is done with her bath and comes out with her robe. Alicia had already prepared Keturah's clothes before she left the room., Keturah picked up a black gown and put it on, the gown showed her perfect curves, she picked a pair of earrings, and a necklace to match her outfit. Keturah picked up the bag Alicia had prepared for her and placed it on her balcony to hid it from her mum. she goes back to her cosmetic table and sprays her perfume and rubs some scented oil. Keturah leaves the room and walks downstairs ., she passes the training ground where she sees vampires training with claws and daggers. she goes to the training field where all vampires bowed and greeted her., '' Good morning princess Keturah '' frank greeted her. frank has always been her father's guard since her father was 26 years old, so since then her father trusted no one but him. '' morning Frank'' Keturah greeted Frank. Frank stopped the training '' don't worry carry on I will be leaving now, the king is asking for me so, see you later''. she told frank ''okay your highness''. Keturah leaves for the Royal Dining. she arrives at the Dining and her eyes are fixed on a caramel-skinned woman who sat across the table.'' Bernice'' Keturah called out to her as she ran towards her giving her a big hug. Bernice is Keturah's elder sister. since Bernice got married, Keturah hadn't seen her since then, so she really missed her. '' awww, I have really missed you'' Keturah told Bernice still hugging her.'' me too dearest sister'', Bernice told her as they departed from each other. '' hmmm hmmm hmmm'' a woman in her fifties coughed sarcastically signaling them to cut it out. '' o, good morning mother'' Keturah greeted the woman. '' morning sweet child, how was your night'' Queen Pricilla asked Keturah who was pulling her sit backward to sit down. '' fine mother and you ''., Keturah asked her mom, '' it was fine, thank you.'' queen Pricilla told her. Keturah noticed an injury on her mother's hand and neck. '' what happened to your hand's mom'' Keturah asked her mom with a concerned look ''um.... i..... erm,'' Queen Pricilla stammered., '' I fell down in the bathroom, but don't worry it will heal any time soon.'' Queen Pricilla told Keturah.

Normally a vampire heals immediately, but when they become old the healing process becomes slower. More dishes are being served. '' let's dig in'' queen Pricila said. Everyone was about to eat when a young woman in her teen '' Good morning everyone, sorry I'm late'' Fiona said. she is the last born of the reigns and also Keturah's younger sister. '' it's okay we just started eating'' queen Pricilla said. '' omg Bernice you are here'' Fiona said as she ran to hug later '' I've missed you''

''I've missed you too'' Bernice told Fiona as they departed from their hug. '' okay, let's have breakfast'' Fiona said as she drags her seat backward to sit down. Fiona, Bernice, Keturah, and Queen Pricilla sat down beside each other., '' let have some tea after breakfast'' Keturah whispered.

'' Keturah, I have something to tell you'' a deep voice rang in the dining hall., the whole family looked at him except for Keturah whose eyes was fixed on the plate., '' I have some suitors coming from different kingdoms and I will like you to find a husband among those suitors'' king Dylan said.

Keturah became angry when she heard the word suitor and husband, she felt a sharp knife piercing through her, her eyes were as red as blood, her claw came out and her fangs grew longer. '' why'' Keturah asked in a deep voice as she was as angry as hell. '' what do mean, I want you to get married'' kind Dylan told her as he folded his forehead in confusion. '' I mean why are you meddling in my life'' Keturah spoke, this time around she was furious., Keturah dashed with speed as she held her father in the neck, as her claw pierced through his neck., '' can you let me be, you have already ruined my life enough aren't you satisfied'' Keturaah spoke as tears rolled down her cheeks. ''Keturah let him be, he is your father, not your fight mate'' Ezikiel spoke in a cold deep voice. he is the firstborn of the reigns family and also the next in line as the king. '' stay out of this, Ezekiel''. Keturah said she shot a quick glare at Ezekiel. '' Keturah do you know who I am, I am your father and the king of all the vampire'' King Dylan told Keturah who was starring at him and pushing her claw into his neck much deeper., '' king huh, now listen to me old retched, disgusting and despicable man, you can be a king to them but to me, you will always be a monster, now be a useless bastard that you are and STOP MEDDLING IN MY LIFE'' Keturah deep voice rang through the dining. '' stop stressing your self, you're still meeting the suitor's whether you like it or not'' king Dylan told her. Keturah hates he father because he once got her to a king, the king used her as a sex object in his brothels and always maltreated her, luckily for her she escaped from there and divorced him. so, since then Keturah always hated her father and never believed in true love.

'' oh, I will still meet the suitors, that is if you catch me'' Keturah jumped through the window breaking the window into a million pieces. '' I have much hatred for you'' she said before she disappeared.
