" you know I've always wanted to do something but I've never gotten the courage too" "And what's that" Avery replied, Emma turned to Avery and placed her soft hands on averys face making averys heart sink to the bottom of her stomach, she suddenly felt emmas soft lips touch hers..... " HELLOOOO!!" Avery opened her eyes to realize that what she had just planned out in her head seemed to be conception and it had all happened in her head. "earth to Avery, what are you thinking about jeez, you're completely gone," Emma said in a worried voice. "uh... um.. NOTHING.. nothing at all, we should probably head home now it's pretty late." "yea um okay sure" Avery knew that what she wanted to happen wasn't going to became reality her and Ethan had been friends, well more than friends at one point she knew that Ethan had liked her in the past but they never officially dated, Avery had never wanted a relationship with Ethan because it would awkward and might mess with the friend group. driving down the highway but this time Avery kept away from making eye contact with Emma most of the time. "hey, dude are you okay.. you seem off" "yea, no I'm good just kinda tired" "oh okay," a couple of minutes passed by, and averys mind just wandered with so many thoughts she couldn't even think about one simple thing. "well, this is you, umm I won't be able to pick you up tmm but ill call you later" "thanks em, oh yea okay no prob, see ya" Avery quickly grabbed her bag and got out the white jeep at that same moment she realized that once again the creepy old man was staring at her but this time he seemed like he was trying to wave at her, Avery quickly bolted to the front of her door and right after Emma drove off the creepy old man smiled and waved at Avery. finally, a thought that wasn't Emma related popped into her head, Jesus, that guy has serious issues "Hey mom I'm home" finally, honey, we were getting worried" " Hey mom, don't you think that the man next door should be taken away to like a nursery or something, he tried to wave at me" " Oh jee Avery don't be so rude, he was probably trying to be nice" Avery paid no mind to her mom and made her way up to her room! *ring, ring * "yea em" "So tell me, the festival is this weekend and I won't be seeing you until we get back" Emma sounded dissatisfied at the thought that Avery wouldn't be able to be there with them! "Sorry em, I know it sucks but you can FaceTime me all weekend long and it'll be like I never missed anything" "You're right but it won't be the same" A sudden voice alerted both girls. "Avery go shower" it was averys mom yelling again her for not showering after she got home "Sorry mom I got busy I'll do it now, sorry em I'll call you back" "Yea, okay no prob-" Even before Emma could finish talking Avery hung and went to shower! Jesus was I right to think that Emma was gonna kiss me ?! What's wrong with me?! Okay, but the creepy man needs helps?! What will I tell Ethan if I and em get together ?! Oh, stop it that won't happen?! What college will accept me?! What's wrong with my life?! Why is everything so hard?! Avery's mind rushed with thoughts as the warm water rushed down her spine. Avery would usually overthink everything in the shower or any moment she was alone and had no one to talk to, so let's say she would overthink constantly but Emma kept her from doing that but distracting her but when Emma's not around Avery's mind wanders all over the place! Minutes after her shower Avery went straight to bed forgetting to call Emma! "Hey ave I don't know if you're mad but you forgot to call me last night, I won't be seeing you till after next week so call me back, Kay, love you" Emma had left a couple of voice mails for Avery to listen to, after all, Avery not calling made Emma really worried!

6:00 AM-Averys alarm sounded once again waking her up to a sunny morning, those were her favorite days! she quickly got outta bed and went straight to the shower. oh god, crap I forgot to call Emma! hope she won't be mad!\ "Avery honey, you're going to be late for school!!" "Okay, mom ill be right down"

7:15 Am- Avery made her way out the shower and a quick cold wind rushed down her spine making her get sudden goosebumps, walking to her room to changing into the black ripped jeans and an oversized hoodie that reached her waist, it was a simple but yet quirky look.

8:00 Am - after changing, avery made her way downstairs and grabbed a piece of fruit before saying bye to her mom, "BYE MOM! SEE YOU LATER, LOVE YOU!" "BYE, HONEY I LOVE YOU EVEN MORE!!" Avery walked out closing the door behind and then getting into her jet black colored car and driving off playing her playlist forgetting all about Emma's call!
