2 1. The letter

2nd person POV

"It's here! It's here!", You screamed as you held the hogwarts letters in your hand, jumping and running in circles in the living room making Mr. and Mrs. Weasley grin.

You're living with the Weasleys almost all your life. Your mum died when you were a toddler and you never heard of your dad. No one speaks or even talks about your dad. Mr. And Mrs. Weasley took care of you because your godfather asked them to. Of course you never saw him and don't know his name but he sent gifts and letters to you every year, he even sent you your birthday gifts and he never missed it. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley said that your godfather is in no condition to raise you. So you call Molly Weasley, 'Mum' and Arthur Weasley 'Dad'. And they didn't mind but smiled.

"RON!!! COME DOWN HERE! Y/N GOT YOUR LETTER!!", Molly called and Ron as well as others joined in.

"Well Y/n, open your letter!", Percy said with a grin as you gave Ron his.

You opened your letter and absentmindedly read, 'Dear Y/n M....'  then you read again, correcting your mistake,

Dear Ms. Y/n L/n,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

"And we have to bring all these things. Lots of books for only first years", Ron complained.

"And lots of stuffs to buy", you exclaimed thinking about all the Weasleys' expenditure plus yours as well except Ginny of course.

"There's only one place we could get all these stuffs, Diagon Alley and Y/n you will go to Gringotts with Bill, I think your godfather left you something there", Molly said with a smile. You looked at the key on your neck that your Godfather had sent it to you on your birthday.

"Now chop, chop Weasleys eat you breakfast and let's floo to Diagon Alley", Arthur said with a biggest grin on his face.
